ABOUT THE CONDO...
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! MAUI KAANAPALI VILLAS is a very popular resort with many repeat guests' and is located on the north side of KAANAPALI BEACH. You are just steps away from placing your feet in the sand! Here you can swim, snorkel, dive, or take a stroll down the beach to the famous "Black Rock".

Centrally located in West Maui everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. You are close to shopping, casual and fine dining restaurants, world-class golfing and many land or water excursions! If you plan on eating in, you are just a couple of miles away from multiple grocery store, Fish Market, and check out the farmers market in Napili!

This desirable condo is located in the Dolphin building, which is right next to the beach, just a short 50 feet from the beach! You'll have a beautiful view of the ocean and the oceanfront tropical pool from your private lanai. This studio provides central air conditioning and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The main level provides a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, along with a living space and a cal-king size bed. The loft area consists of a queen size bed and a half bathroom. If a 3rd sleeping arrangement is needed, the sofa provides a pullout sofa sleeper.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas (MKV) is a great location for a romantic getaway or for a fun filled family vacation! Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 jet spas, a convenient store, coin-operated laundry facility, Spa & fitness center, beach activities center, BBQ area and shuttle service to Whalers Village! The onsite Castaway's oceanfront restaurant & Bar is open for breakfast, lunch happy hour and dinner. MKV does charge a daily resort fee of $35.00 plus the 18.512% HI state/Maui county taxes. This is paid directly to the resort upon your arrival. This also includes parking for one vehicle.

MKV provides free Wifi and basic cable. Upon your arrival you will find a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath items. This is a non-smoking unit. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We are looking forward to having you as our guest!

Always a great stay

We have stayed at this specific unit a couple times over the years and love it every time. Very clean and comfortable with A/C. The lanai provides an amazing view and It's conveniently located near the main pool, Castaway Café and the beach...all within a few steps away! Communication with host was quick and easy. The front desk personnel rock...left a few things behind and they helped facilitate the shipping back. Great sleeping arrangements allowing separate bed options for 2 older teenagers + master bed and additional half bath upstairs for the parents

Overall the place is nice, but the cleanliness needs improvement. There was cereal spilled all.over the floor when we walked in and all the walls and lights witches have dirty handprints all over them. This place is nice, but just needs a good deep cleaning.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt an der Kaanapali Küste

Das Appartement ist genau so wie beschrieben. Ein Schrank mit Ablagefächer würde das Gesamtbild noch komplettieren. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement biete Sicht auf den fantastischen Kaanapali Beach und die Poolanlage. Der Beach direkt vor der Tür erlaubt Baden im klaren Meer mit tollem Sandstrand. Hier kann man lange Soaziergänge direkt am Strand oder am Stranweg machen. Nur 200 m vom Appartment fängt am Strand ein Riff an, welches tolle Schnorchelerlebnisse bietet. Es gibt genügend Liegestühle gegen den Strand in der Ankage.?Das Castway Caffe bietet sehr gutes Essen mit Sonnenuntergang. Foodtrucks im Norden (3min mit dem Auto) und Lahaina im Süden (10min mit dem Auto) komplettieren das Angebot. Lahaina ist auch sonst unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Die Lage ist wirkliich top! Können dies nur empfehlen.

Love MKV

This is our 15th year staying at MKV and we are never disappointed. Bree is always so helpful and accommodating. This was our first stay in this unit in particular. Had issues with the shower but Bree took care of it immediately! It’s a little more of a generic condo than we are used to. No frills, the furniture, inside and out, is in need of some repair or replacement for sure. Overall though, it fit our needs though which is just to enjoy Maui! The unit is easily accessible to pool and beach and has great views!!

We always enjoy this resort. The room was beautiful.

Room was beautiful. Bathroom door handle was very loose when we got there and if you shut the door all the way sometimes you got locked in lol. Great view, 2 min walk to the water. We had a great time.

This Condo is Awesome

This condo is amazing. The location and view from the lanai are fantastic. Quick easy access to the pool and ocean. Everything was clean and convenient, plus beach chairs and umbrella. Bree assisted us with the booking and support during our stay, and she was excellent. We had a red eye flight out of Maui and she was extremely accommodating to our check out. We have stayed at the Maui Kaanapali villas many times and this room is one of the best. You will not be dissappointed. We will definitely be coming back.

Turns out the unit had a hide-a-bed which wasn’t mentioned in listing. Pleasant surprise that allowed each adult to have their own bed. Great view of ocean and pool.

Great Family Location

The condo was perfect for our family of 2 adults and two teens. Just enough room to spread out. Comfortable beds, perfect sized kitchen, and stunning views from the lanai. Bree was very responsive when we arrived with questions.

We love this location and it’s always so peaceful. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. There were a few small maintenance issues but they were quickly addressed. Condo was well equipped with beach supplies

We loved this place!

The condo was excellent - had everything we needed to live comfortably for the week. The location of the condo is perfect, overlooking the pool and the ocean/black rock. Bree was absolutely wonderful - provided a pack n play for our baby, and was super responsive anytime we had a question. The resort is in a perfect location ... walking distance to whalers village, and other resorts/restaurants to the north. The pool is super chill, the Castaway is a great spot for meals/drinks, the beach out front is perfect, with a hit to rent SUP boards, beach toys, kayaks, etc. can’t wait to return!

We've been staying at MKV for many years now - always in a different condo - and this was one of the best! Loved the location of the unit and all the amenities were great. Comfy beds and nice to have beach chairs and cooler available to us.
