This stay was incredible. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week and plenty of space to cook meals, relax, and enjoy. This listing is perfection!
Loved the condo! Everything we needed, very roomy and comfy! Tennis court was great for our family and beach gear was appreciated. Easy to get to the beach and close to food and shopping. Would stay here again. Thank you!
This property was exactly as described on the listing and was super clean - the place is spacious and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed having access to beach chairs.

The property is located in lovely Waikoloa surrounded by the beauty of Hawaii. The landscaping is immaculate, the community is peaceful and welcoming, and the amenities are perfect. The villa has all the necessities and layout was well planned. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The property is clean and very well maintained. It has a nice location and close to shops and dining options located within the community. I highly recommend Waikoloa Colony Villas and will book to kona coast vacations again if i return to Kona if i get the chance :)
This home was perfect for our vacation with friends! It looks just like the pictures, is very clean and cozy, and has great amenities (including beach gear). The check in and out process was very straight forward. It’s centrally located to shops/restaurants/hotels and an easy ~25 min drive to Kona.
The property was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, bright, everything worked and the beds were comfortable. I would recommed adding one more chair in the living room area so four people could sit comfortably.
This was our 4th time to the big island but our first to the Waikoloa resort area. This location was perfect for what we did on this 2 week trip. Everything in the kitchen was great with the exception of the toaster as it was only half working.

We really loved this condo and would highly recommend it. The only issues were that the shower head in the downstairs bathroom does not work well and the toilet runs unless you make sure to pull the handle up.Those were minor and we will be back!
Our family really enjoyed our stay in the Condo. Nice open living space with one bedroom downstairs and one upstairs on separate ends for a lot of privacy. Kona Coast Vacations provided all the info we needed ahead of our stay so we knew what to expect and didn't have to ask a single question. Hope to return someday!
I am happy to recommend this wonderfully appointed home. The location is fantastic, close to one of the pools and fitness rooms. Our stay was completely comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with hosts was wonderful, and they checked in to make sure our arrival and check in process was positive.
The townhome condo was a great stay! It was nice having the air conditioner after a hot day in the sun! The place was modern and had all that you needed (even Tupperware) for an amazing family stay.
The location was ideal as it was situated near Kona, Waikoloa and Waimea with lots of options.
It’s a quiet neighborhood within a peaceful neighborhood.
The unit and complex were just as described.
It was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The decor and furnishings are very well done.

Nice place in gated community, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. A couple of maintenance issues came up and the property management took care of them quickly.
This villa was a breath of fresh air. It's large, clean and quiet. Having our own parkingspot was useful and villa practically borders the (adult) pool. There was hardly anyone there during our stay, so basically a private pool too. Location is great for exploring west side of the island and all the great snorkelspots. Communication and instructions provided from agency were thorough en detailed. Loved it and would stay again.
We loved staying here. My wife and I with 2 kids (2 and 4) found this to be a perfect place to stay for our time in the Waikoloa resort area. The high ceiling and big windows give an open and bright feel to the whole place. The laminate floors were perfect for two rowdy kids, and there were not too many fragile or decorative items to protect from their busy hands. It was adequately stocked but not cluttered or cramped at all. Beautifully simple and perfect.
The condo is as pictured - nice furnishings, lovely lanai, good separation of the two bedrooms. The ceiling fans were enough for us and we didn’t need the air conditioning. The pool area was very nice but we spent most of our time seeing the island and hanging out on beaches. We made dinner several nights and it was very relaxing and pleasant to be in the co do. I highly recommend this place.
