Beautiful recent villa (2014) of 190 m2 with 1000m2 garden in the residential and very quiet area of Aiguelongue in Montpellier (10 minutes from Place de la Comédie and 20 minutes from the beaches).

You will enjoy 4 bedrooms, including a master suite, and a beautiful living space overlooking the garden and the infinity pool.
Two large terraces on either side of the living room, a barbecue, a parking space complete the layout of this house located near the shops and the tram (line 2).
Unfenced pool.

a fantastic house

The booking of the house went very smooth through the website. This house is a little paradise, in reality even more beautiful then showed on the pictures. Everything that you require during your stay is available in the house. The house has a well decorated and cosy garden including a nice swimming pool to cool off. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have an air-conditioning which made it very comfortable to sleep. We have stayed in the house with 2 families (8 persons) and we had enough (personal) space. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and has a fantastic view from the backyard. The owners of the house really took their time to explain everything and were very nice and helpful. We can really recommend this house.

wonderful house

we stayed for 7 nights in august 2020. the house was wonderful. nice views, nice and bright, great pool and garden and all the items you would need. it is in a quiet area about 3km to the city and about 5 mins drive to the zoo aswell.

The villa was more than we could have imagined! Size, location and airco bedrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen and good size pool made our stay very relaxed and comfortable. Also hosts Jean-Andre and Dominique were extremely kind and helpful and made us feel very much at home in their own villa, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in diesem traumhaften Haus in Montpellier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum! Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Montpellier ist ein südfranzösisches Juwel mit sehr vielen netten Cafés und Restaurants. Die nächsten Strände sind vom Haus ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben uns in das Haus und die Stadt verliebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Parfait!

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans cette maison moderne et tout à fait conforme à la description, avec en plus un environnement calme et une très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Commerces de proximité à 10 mn à pied, et tram à 15 mn à pied permettant de ne pas utiliser la voiture; Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour laquelle nous avons tous eu un véritable coup de coeur Famille Richard
