About this property

New house andernos close to the sea

For rent new house of 85m ÂČ located 800m from the beach and the city center, 2 minutes from bike paths.
It is an extremely quiet house, BBC, air conditioned, equipped with all the amenities for a good holiday.
The house is located next to the basin, near the fishing port and the forest of Saint-Brice-Les-Quinconces-Le-Coulin.

The house has on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom with TV, bathroom with toilet, terrace, garage

On the floor you will find a space games / relaxation, 2 rooms, room of bath, separated TOILET.
Count 9min to get to the beach and downtown on foot.
The location of the house allows you to do everything by bike or on foot. The Casino supermarket is 2 minutes walk away.
The location makes it possible to avoid the traffic jams of Andernos to go on the Cap Ferret or the Ocean.

The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
This clause is non-negotiable.

Linen option: Possible to provide bed linen and towels for 35 € / (bed + towels). Beach towels not provided.
Cleaning option: Provide in addition 40 € + 20 € / person for the household, to pay on the arrival and refundable at the end of the stay according to the state.
The house will have to be made with cleaned barbecue, clean and tidy kitchen, emptied and clean fridge, trash cans.
Please notify in advance if you choose one of the options.

Preference rental from Saturday 14h to Saturday 10h (or Sunday 14h to Sunday 10h), flexible schedules possible.

Amazing Property and Amazing Host

Right from arrival up to departure Vincent the owner was available to answer any questions, not just about the property, but the area and the effect of French Bank Holidays. His reccomendations on things to do, see and eat were absolutky great and spot on. The property itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and quiet. Car parking is available outside the house. All the equipment in the kitchen and house met every requirement. Thank you Vincent for making our holiday such a treat and we will be back

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten 11 tolle Urlaubstage in dem schönen Haus von M. Rambeau. Der Kontakt vor und bei der Anreise war sehr gut. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein plus fĂŒr uns: der Parkplatz vor dem Haus, die windgeschĂŒtzte Terrasse, die nicht einsehbar war und die kurze fußlĂ€ufige Entfernung zum Austernhafen und nach Andernos mit seiner Jetee, den GeschĂ€ften und Restaurants. Trotz der doch zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Die Abreise verlief völlig reibungslos und flexibel fĂŒr uns. Wir können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder. Merci M. Rambeau... et peut-etre a bientĂŽt.

Tolles sauberes Haus mit netten Vermieter

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, um zum Strand / Austernzucht / Stadtmitte zu gehen oder mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren. Vincent war so nett, vier FahrrĂ€der fĂŒr uns in der Garage zu lassen, dass wir einfach mit dem Fahrrad zum BĂ€cker oder zum Markt fahren konnten. Das Haus ist neu, hat auch eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus ist auch sehr sauber. Ich empfehle das Haus gerne weiter!

Gerne wieder!!

Das Haus ist neu und ist von der Hauptstraße etwas zurĂŒck versetzt, sodass es nicht direkt an der Straße liegt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zum Austerhafen sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Der Vermieter Vincent ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch als wir sehr viel spĂ€ter anreisen mussten, war dies kein Problem. Nochmal herzlichen Dank hierfĂŒr! Wir können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
