Hilltop pool home the views to the ocean and Disneyland fireworks

Our home sits on the top of a hill in eastern Orange County. We are centrally located less than 2 hours (we don't measure miles, but time in SoCal) from: LAX,Palm Springs, Los Angeles, San Diego, Mexico, and Big Bear Mountains. Locally we are 20 minutes from Disneyland, 30 minutes to the beach and Knott's Berry Farm and the airport in OC.
The home itself is a 2800 sf split level home on a 10,000 lot. There is a full bath downstairs with a bedroom, Family room and Bar/Game room, and outside is our rock Waterfall pool and spa. On the middle level is the Kitchen with Breakfast nook, Living room/ office, the dining room re-configured for a homework room, and outside is the upper yard with a freestanding 350 sf covered patio, fire place, refrigerators, bbq island, fire pit and grass area.
From the back, on a clear day, you can see all the way to Catalina Island, Huntington Beach, San Pedro, Palos Verdes, Signal Hill, and the Ocean. Nightly, we watch the Disneyland fireworks. My favorite vantage point is in the Spa with a drink. Upstairs there there are 3 bedrooms, a hall bath and the master suite. Off the master is a balcony with a view to the Los Angels skyline. Located directly across the street is a public school with a large park like grass area and play ground.
