60th birthday celebration with friends

Had a few problems on arrival but Stefano (the owner) came down straightaway and rectified them. The views from the villa/pool and jacuzzi are amazing.

The yard, views and pool area are stunning, and the (hiking) trail down to Malcesine is also a plus. We would have appreciated some more kitchen appliances, although Armando was very kind and helped us and brought us a breadknife and a kitchen knife. The road to the house is as advertised a ”insane” exercusion for people not used to Italian small roads. Alltogether we had a wonderful time.

Lovely villa in a peaceful location

The garden, grounds and pool area of this villa are wonderful, and where we spent most of our time. Lovely views, secluded and quiet. The inside of the villa has everything you require, and the view from the master bedroom is quite spectacular. The owner was very helpful when we became stranded to a vehicle issue, despite being on holiday at the time himself. A couple of points to be aware of - the access road is quite tight, like much of rural Italy, and so I would not advise using a large 4x4 or van, nor a low sports car, to get to the villa as the access may be difficult or impossible by such a vehicle for the last 500m or so. Having a vehicle is recommended as the walk into town and back will be some distance and quite a climb necessary for the return. The beds were a little soft for the two adults, but that is a matter of personal taste. All in all, we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

Gute Lage, enge Straße

Die Lage auf Höhe der Mittelstation des Mount Baldos ist super! Die Zufahrt zum Haus führt über eine enge und sehr steile Lage. Breite Autos haben es schwer. (Nicht einmal Taxifahrer fahren darunter). Wendemöglichkeit nur auf dem Grundstück. Der Anbau mit zwei weiteren Betten hat feucht gerochen. Deshalb wurde diese Möglichkeit nicht zum nächtigen genommen. Innerhalb des Hauses wurden die Betten und sowas so aufgeteilt, dass die Gruppe aus 7 Männern schlafen konnte. Deshalb bei der Sauberkeit nur 3*. Das Wohnhaus war sauber. Der gute Ausblick kommt mit hohem Preis, denn zu Fuß wird der Weg in die Stadt war steil und anstrengend. Allerdings konnte man so das Essen gut verdauen. Nachdem der Whirpool umgekippt war, kam der Besitzer und hat einem schnell gezeigt, wie mit der Wasserpumpe das Wasser ab- und wieder eingelassen wird.

Ein tolles Objekt! Ideal für Familien. Einzig der Weg zur Immobilie ist mitngrößeren Autos etwas nervenaufreibend.

Gutes Gedamtpaket

Herrlicher Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Super ausgestattet mit Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, auch wenn in der Küche die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit fehlt. 2 der Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön, 1 weniger schön, was Licht und Ausblick angeht. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist für größere Autos sehr eng und schwer zu machen, dort gibt es aber genug Parkplätze. Direkt vor dem Haus gehen mehrere Wanderwege vorbei u.a. nach Malchesine ca 15min.

We hade a realy great time at the propporty. Stephano was a great host and helped us out with everything. Out plane got delayed alot so we arived at the house at 1am... Not a problem. The drive down to the house is interesting and challanging if you have a big minivan like we did. It could be done but it was not easy by any meen.

Excellent villa with beautiful views over malchesnie and lake Garda!

We visited this villa to attend a family wedding! This was a great location about 10 minutes drive from the centre! The oweber Stefano's could not do enough to help organising taxis and offering advice on what to do. We will be back.

Amazing house and location - would definitely stay again!

Our group had an amazing time at Stefano's - the house is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The view and spa pool was a highlight, and it's a lovely walk into town. He was very accommodating and was great at answering our questions. Would definitely stay again.
