INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great vacation. No pans in the kitchen but we told the property manager and they took care of it. The only complaint is that the beach service didn’t have the condo listed as having chairs/umbrella. We paid for our own, but that may need to be adjusted or cleared up with the service. Overall a great time!

Awesome condo!

Everything was great except the parking pass system needs to be improved. We had trouble getting in and out at first and one of the parking garage guys was extremely rude to us but we didn't have to deal with him anymore and the rest were extremely nice and helpful!

Great location but dirty room

Cons: Sheets and glasses were dirty. Sand, crumbs and dirty bed sheets when we got there. We washed everything. Kitchen glasses and utensils were not clean. Bathroom tubs were dirty, so no bath for the toddler. Positives: Great location next to the pier. Calypso resort has nice pools, not to big and location is everything. Management could have communicated better.

This condo was very clean and at the perfect spot. We walked almost everywhere. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo is exactly what is shown on the website and property manager was very responsive.
