Located in a small and well kept subdivision next to a beautiful park, this beautifully appointed Kissimmee Florida vacation home is the perfect place to relax with your family while you enjoy all of the attractions the area has to offer. This home is furnished to provide a comfortable and peaceful home away from home. Every effort has been made to offer guests a most enjoyable vacation.

Our vacation home is just minutes from Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World, championship golf courses, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.


This well furnished 3 bedroom house rental Kissimmee is suitable for up to five guests .Amenities include high quality living room furniture and mattresses. There are ceiling fans in the living room and all three bedrooms. In addition to the TV in the Living Room, there is a TV in the master bedroom..
We are two sisters who strive to make sure our guests have the most pleasant experience possible in our homes.

Our over-sized pool was custom built and has southwest exposure for maximum fun in the sun. Optional Pool heat is available for a nominal charge. The screened in lanai provides the perfect background for outdoor living and relaxing with a table, umbrella, four chairs and two lounge chairs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware and features a table for four guests. Additional seating for six in the dining area of the living room.

The sunlit primary bedroom overlooks the pool. A large walk-in closet, en suite bath with soaking garden tub and dressing area make this room a special retreat. A plush queen mattress, full dresser, and two nightstands provide plenty of storage.

Bedroom three is furnished with two comfortable twin beds, two nightstands.

For families traveling with young children, there is crib with linens, stroller, and high chair.

The pool was custom built and is considerably larger than standard size pools. Add to that the southwest exposure and it is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Our fantastic swimming pool can be heated for a nominal charge. The screen enclosed lanai provides the perfect background for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The screened lanai and pool area provides privacy and freedom from insects. This relaxing area is equipped with chaise lounges, umbrella table and chairs for relaxation.

Pool Heat option at $25 per day.

In addition to your private pool, there is also a community pool and cabana for your use as well..

This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of paper products and soap is provided. Guests will purchase additional items for their use during their stay.
