KREISKER 3 - Maison Jumelée, Jardin - CA6009

Small private residence consisting of a few semi-detached houses, located in the heart of Carnac-Plage in a quiet area, only 650 m from the main beach (beautiful white sandy beach over 1km long). Children's club and sailing school 1 km away. Tennis club 2.5 km away. Thalassotherapy centre 1.5 km away.



Semi-detached house with 3 rooms of approximately 55 m2, pleasantly furnished. Small garden with terrace furniture and parasol.



On the ground floor:

Well-equipped kitchen area with electric hobs and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker.

Living room with sofa, television; sliding door opening onto the garden.

Toilet with hand basin.

Upstairs:

Two bedrooms with respectively one 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds.

Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.



Parking: 1 space per house.

WIFI



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €250 to be paid on site

Charges: electricity costs included in the accommodation price from early May to early October. Outside this period, charges will be invoiced separately (meter reading).

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

Pets: not allowed

Linen not provided: possibility of rental at an additional cost

End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or additional flat-rate fee.

Emplacement idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied. Logement au calme et fonctionnel.

Carnac est certainement la station balnéaire la mieux située pour visiter le Morbihan. Selon que l'on recherche le calme ou l'animation, chacun y trouvera de quoi passer de belles vacances. Superbe plage de sable fin, terrasses accueillantes, choix de restaurants et, bien entendu, d'excellentes crêpes !

Carnage à Carnac (sur les huitres,les moules et les crêpes)

Bon rapport qualité/prix.Il ne manquait plus que la vue sur la mer mais c'est plus cher.Avec le beau temps, Carnac est un site exceptionnel avec ses plages, ses sous-bois et sa proximité avec La trinité/mer. Carnac donne envie de venir s'installer au moment de la retraite car c'est un bon compromis entre le golfe du Morbihan et Belle-ile-en -mer.
