​​​​​​Ocean Front, 3 Bedroom 3 Bath, Corner Condo with amazing ocean views! Large ocean view deck to relax and catch those ocean breezes. The condo is furnished with comfortable seating in the living space and decorated with coastal décor. Bamboo flooring throughout. Includes a well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances. Enjoy the easy access to the Summerhouse complex pool and beach boardwalk.

Large master suite with new King bed mattress and access to the ocean front covered deck. Second Ocean Front suite with 2 queen beds and en suite full bath. Large kids room with two twin beds and en suite full bath. TV cable service in all bedrooms and new large smart TV in Living room.

All new reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life!

Free Wifi is provided. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service

NOTE: Non Smoking and No Pet Policy in place. Washer and Dryer available. All linens provided per occupancy. Pool area is open year round, however swimming is only allowed from April 1st - September 30th. MUST be 25 years or older to rent.

A wonderful time on the beach

We had a wonderful week. The beach is broad, clean and not crowded. The condo was wonderful with a great view. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Access was easy. Check in was painless.

Spacious and clean

This condo had great space for our girlfriends trip. The kitchen was well appointed with just about anything you might need. We had plenty of towels and extra blankets as well. A couple of things you may want to be aware of is that in the bedroom with twin beds there is mattress covers that are plastic. I’m super children typically stay in these beds but it was uncomfortable as an adult. In addition, the condo is a bit “tired”. Although clean there is pealing sheetrock in the bathrooms.

Booking this beautiful property was extremely easy. Communication was stellar. Amenities on the property were wonderful. The best part was we were only steps away from the beautiful beach! South Carolina is near and dear to my heart and this was absolutely the relaxation and fun our family needed. We will definitely be back

Fun in the Sun

Very nice indeed! Up on 4th floor where there was always a breeze on the good size balcony! Plenty of room inside and bathrooms for everyone! Elevators were a lifesaver!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the property. We needed a property with an elevator and without stairs. The owners were gracious enough to ask the property manager to walk the property to make sure that we would be able to stay here comfortably. In addition, the wonderfully equipped kitchen allowed the cook in our family to enjoy preparing some wonderful treats for us all! The beds were very comfortable and all was adequately described. Overall, this was a spacious and very comfortable place, which was decorated beautifully!

Palms Paradise

Rental was up to-date, included all necessities and very clean. Great quiet location with beautiful view of the beach and the many palms that surround the property!! We enjoyed the immediate access to both the pool and beach. Wild Dunes resort satisfied all our family needs with all of the amenities it has to offer such as golf course, bike trails, tennis, restaurants. We will be coming back again!!
