About this property

Great location with quick walk to beach access and short ride or walk to the Beach Club and pools. 3 bedrooms (large master) 2 full baths, porch great for grilling. Two guest passes included for pools and amenities during summer season with seven (7) day rental. Seven (7) day rental required during summer season. Additional cards provided for extra fee. All guests must have a card to access pools, restaurants, golf. Golf cart not included in rental, but can easily be rented through local companies.

Dragon home

Home and location were perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy the settings. The owner was easily available for any question. We would rent it again for our next stay.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is on a nice, quiet street near the beach. Everything was well stocked and clean upon our arrival. Barb was available for any questions and very attentive. The kids enjoyed seeing all the marsh’s wildlife (turtles and alligators a plenty!) from the deck. It’s the perfect spot for a family!

Enjoyable 4th of July Weekend

We come down to Fripp annually for the 4th of July and like checking out the different properties on the island. This property had a great location, very central to everything and an overall pretty quiet road. The house was clean and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend for family travel.
