"La Charmeuse" - Maisonette with garden Quiberon Near Port Haliguen

Southeast of the Presqu'ile, in a dead end, calm and tranquility guaranteed for this small house of 39 m2 with a south-facing living room opening onto a terrace and a small garden.

3 minutes walk from the Port Haliguen marina, 5 minutes walk from Porigo beach, supermarket nearby and town center within 1 km.

A parking space adjacent to the house is dedicated to you, with the possibility of parking a trailer under the covered courtyard of the entrance.

- In the patio you will find a terrace equipped with a awning, 2 sun loungers, a table and 4 garden chairs + 1 barbecue.
- A Small cagibit can allow you to store its bikes.

Marie de Ty’Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you on the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to agree on an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

Arrival: between 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. (make an appointment with Marie)
Departure: between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

CONDITIONS

Bed linen and towels are not provided - Marie offers you a linen rental service (20 euros per prepared bed and 5 euros per bath kit)

Security deposit checks of € 200 for accommodation and € 150 for keys will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of departure if no damage is noted.

You can choose the cleaning option (60 €) to specify. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit eigener gemütlicher, sonniger Terasse. Gut eingerichtet, mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen.Das Auto kann vor dem Haus geparkt werden, und die Fahrräder können im Garten abgestellt werden.Der schöne Port Haliguen ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier gibt es einige gute Restaurants und Bars. Einige schöne Strände gibt es auch in der Nähe. Nach Quiberon und an die Cote Sauvage kann man gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Wenn wir wieder in Quiberon Urlaub machen sollten, dann gerne wieder hier.

La location se trouve dans une résidence de type maison de vacance.Celle- ci manque de confort pour nous, le lit canapé ne possède pas de sur matelas et donc vous sentez toutes les jonctions de la partie dépliable, mal de dos garantis. En 8 ans de vacances sur la presqu’île c est la première fois qu'on écourte nos vacances, heureusement c était un court séjour.

Nous sommes navrés que ce problème ai entaché votre séjour, vous n'avez pas porté cela à notre connaissance, nous n'avons donc pas eu la chance de le régler avant votre départ. Cependant la maison dispose de nombreux autres atouts, (son emplacement, son exposition., son extérieur..) et nous sommes navrés que cela n'est pas suffit à rendre votre séjour optimal. Au plaisir de vous revoir sur la Presqu'île. L'équipe Ty'Accueil.

Tres agréable duplex

J'ai apprécié particulièrement la terrasse et le volet roulant pour protéger le sejour du soleil. Point positif également : des toilettes à l'étage mais je ne savais pas qu'il y en avait aussi en bas (manque dans la description). Situation parfaite a 5 mn a pied du port.

Bonne situation , commerces et plages à pied ou en vélo . Quartier calme en général , sauf bruit avion ( aérodrome à proximité ) quand jour décollage au dessus presqu ' ile , selon sens du vent . Logement propre et fonctionnel . Il manquerait juste un portant au niveau de la chambre . Terrasse et jardinet orientés sud , très bien .

Très jolie maison situé super-calme

J'ai passé 12 jours dans la maison et en résumé c'était un bon choix. Situé un peu au dehors du centre-ville de Quiberon (mais pas trop loin pour marcher là-bas), près du vieux port, c'est un environnement silencieux, donc très agréable. La maison est bonne pour 2, mais très conditionellement pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Le plan de sol et l'installation électrique sont un peu "original", mais on s'arrange (la ventilation est quelque peu bruyant, mais si on coupe le plomb pour en éteindre il n'y a plus de lumière dans la salle de séjour... :-D ). Il y en a tout qu'on a besoin, et un supermarché n'est pas loin. Sans doute je voudrais choisir cette maison encore une fois.

Maison studio/mezzanine au calme avec un petit jardin bien exposé. La place de stationnement est un plus. Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
