Facing south, In the basement, the bodega giving direct access to the swimming pool and the private garage is equipped with a 4K UHD home cinema installation with 65-inch screen. The house is located in a quiet residential area - private community - 2 km from the center of Sitges (20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car or scooter), seaside village renowned for its beaches, its golf course and its "night life". Sitges is linked to central Barcelona by an express train, which runs approximately every 15 minutes, journey time 35 minutes.

Family week together.

This house was everything and more. The layout was perfect for 6 people. There was everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking too. The bar and sports club was good too. We played Racketball in the heat then cooled off at the bar with beer and food.

Lovely house with amazing pool

We had a lovely stay at this villa and the kids loved the pool. Rooms all had aircon and the bedrooms were all spacious. Nice quiet neighbourhood. WiFi connection was good (much to the kids relief!) We had day trips out to Barcelona, Tarragona, cava wineries and Montserrat which were all in easy reach. Sitges was just about walking distance, although it was very hot when we stayed so we elected to drive - parking rates were very reasonable. There were active mosquitos so if you come in summer bring some repellant!!

Relaxing family stay in Sitges

A beautiful villa and lovely pool, in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Ample space for a family to spread out and well equipped. It was hard to locate initially by car (one way system!) but to be fair I didn't actualy ask for more detailed instructions. It is also worth mentioning that it is a good half an hour walk uphill from Sitges, where the beach and restaurants are but we quite enjoyed this! Aldi and Lidl are 5 minutes drive away. There is a small supermarket within walking distance. We had a very relaxing stay and were also able to visit Barcelona on the train, which was very straightforward. We would very much recommend both the villa and Sitges, which is not too touristy and still very authentic Spanish. Jet skiing from Sitges was also excellent.

Nice villa, but spoilt by moaning neighbour and unfair extra charges

We spent 1 week at the villa in August 24. The villa was advertised as a 4 bedroom, although it is actually 3. The check in process was okay, and we were happy with the first impressionsIt is well appointed and has everything needed for a family. We have 4 young children and they enjoyed playing in the pool. However this was cut short as the neighbour quickly asked the kids to be quiet. This was a shock as they were simply playing. The next day the same happened again so my wife and myself decided to go and speak with the neighbour. We explained that we are a curtious family, but we are also on holiday. I gave the lady my number as said she could message me if needed. Later that evening we lit the BBQ and within 5 minutes I received a message asking me to move it as smoke was going into her garden. Over the next few days we had similar requests for the kids to be quiet, which was frustrating. The children were simply playing in the pool and not being loud. Unfortunately this spoilt the holiday as we were constantly worrying about the elderly neighbour complaining. The next issue came 2 days after we arrived home when I received a message saying I was being charged over £150 from the owner.The reason given was a broken lock and excessive use of towels/laundry. Firstly the door with the lock was already open when we arrived, and was not broken by us. Secondly on arrival we were told that all towels etc were there to be used. The charges were contested but still applied unfairly

De superbes vacances...

Un séjour très agréable et au calme dans cette spacieuse et belle maison. Un extérieur joliment agrémenté et une superbe piscine. La voiture reste nécessaire pour accéder aux plages. Un grand merci aux hôtes qui ont été attentifs à notre bon séjour.
