We had a wonderful stay here and loved the house! The location is beautiful, quiet, and very close to the beach. The host was extremely responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

I really appreciate that this home felt loved and lived in. Meaning, all the things you need were there, it's a close walk to the beach, has the cottage feel, within an established neighborhood. The third story bedroom was huge and perfect for hanging out. The second level bedrooms were what I would expect for a typical bedroom size. Beds were comfy. AC window units on each floor. I will stay here again, if I'm back in the area

The property was as described...being very clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped especially the kitchen and Adam, the host, was over the top accommodating, especially when my dog caused some damage to door moldings. I would give him and his house 5 stars.

Adults, kids and pets all had a good stay

Property is very cute and beachy but has all modern conveniences. Location is great- close to Humarock beach and restaurants but quick drive to a number of other shopping and dining options. Host was friendly and responsive and left us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I have rented a lot of cottages but none as well equipped as this home. Plenty of towels and paper goods, lots of coffee and tea to choose from, and the host was very accommodating!

Lovely spot

Nice views, very relaxing. Comfy beds and great communication from the very friendly host. A worry free stay while in town for a funeral. Just about anything you need under the sun is just a few minutes drive.

Great location, superb host

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. The property itself, clean, comfortable. Location close to the beach, scenic views and close to restaurants. I would recommend to anyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and Humarock Beach. Nearby Rexhame Beach is sandier and allows dogs on leash any time of day. Took a nice walk through the woods down to a dock on the North River at the John Little Conservation Area, which is about a 5-mile drive from the house.The house was very clean and comfortable with nice firm beds. The owner Adam was very easy to communicate with and made for a pleasant stay.
