All villas are located around the park and the lake, and only the villas.  The apartments are grouped further.
 
We chose ours because it's well hidden from view, it's far from the noise of sports grounds, it has a solarium upstairs, it's 100m from the swimming pool and shops, and finally  , it faces due south, which is essential whatever the season.

Our house has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds that can be put together, a double living room with two comfortable sofa beds, two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, classic coffee maker, toaster, etc.), an indoor dining area, an 8-seat covered outdoor dining area overlooking the garden, a solarium upstairs (large sun terrace not overlooked, with sunbeds), an enclosed courtyard for storing bikes, windsurfing, kayaking and strollers, a cellar for storing suitcases and leisure accessories, a washing machine, a free parking.

A laundromat, a food store, a restaurant, a spa are at your disposal, two minutes walk from the villa.

The villa is entirely reserved for you.  The manager will welcome you in French, English or German, and can help you if necessary.  I will also be available to help you make your vacation a success.

The best location to enjoy the Gulf of St Tropez. Located 900m back from the seaside, you will enjoy the calm of nature while quickly accessing seaside activities (beaches, boating, water sports ...) and tourism (villages, restaurants, markets ...)

The domain is located between Ste Maxime and St Tropez. Choice of A8 motorway exit: La Garde-Freinet or Ste Maxime. On the spot, the bicycle is a pleasure (rental on the spot, classic and electric), as much on the cycle tracks, very close and very long, as on the small roads of the back country. A sea shuttle takes you from Port-Grimaud (4km) to St Tropez to avoid traffic jams.
