- an open kitchen (fully equipped) in the living room (with sofa) / dining room (WIFI) and summer lounge
- 4 bedrooms: master bedroom with shower room, bedroom (double bed), other bedroom (bunk beds), and cabin bedroom.
- a bathroom with wc, other separate wc,
courtyard,
South-facing garden of around 420 m² with swimming pool, garden furniture and barbecue (gas).
Ideally located, quiet 400 m from the beach and a children's playground and 100 m from Place des Tilleuls with local shops

Wunderschönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, toller Garten

Wir haben zu viert vier tolle Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Es scheint von den Eigentümern auch selbst genutzt und hat daher viel persönlichen Charme. Der Garten mit Pool ist perfekt, die Lage in einem kleinen Ort an der Südküste ebenso. In fünf Minuten ist man am Hauptplatz mit Bäckerei, vier Restaurants, einem täglichen Markt und zwei Fahrradverleih-Geschäften. Aus La Rochelle sind wir mit dem Bus gekommen und dann ca. 15 min gegangen. Man braucht also kein Auto. Wir habe es sehr genossen und hoffen, in ein, zwei Jahren wiederzukommen.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, inkl. Waschmaschine. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein, zwei Schime im Garten wären toll, denn der Garten liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Und eine Anmerkung: mehr als sechs Erwachsene sollten es nicht sein, an den Tischen gibt es nur sechs Stühle und das vierte Schlafzimmer ist wirklich klein.

Maison très sympa

Très agréable et bien située à côté du village. Le gérant est très sympathique et efficace. Quelques suggestions d'améliorations : 1° Mettre des ventilateurs à disposition svp. 2° L'heure de départ à 10h le matin est un peu rude même si on peut comprendre les contraintes logistiques pour organiser le ménage.

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, perfekte Lage

Wir hatten in dem Haus eine großartige Zeit. Neben der perfekten Lage zu Strand und Marktplatz sowie dem tollen Pool hat uns besonders die gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen, in der wir jeden Tag lokale Köstlichkeiten zubereiten konnten.

Perfect huis voor een rustige familie-vakantie

Ruime woning, met een mooie, afgesloten tuin en heel fijn zwembad. Rustige omgeving en toch dicht bij het centrum van Noue. Prima service door Sylvie. Ondanks Corona hebben we super genoten van onze vakantie.

Maison très agréable, propre, non gout, excellent accueil, la piscine est très agréable. Je pense que le maison est plus belle que sur les photos. Super séjour, et envie d'y retourner déjà.

Zeer mooi huis met top ligging en groot zwembad

Het huis was heel mooi met veel ruimte. Alles was er (vaatwasser, droogkast, TV, koffiemachine, barbecue... ) Het is dichtbij van verschillende stranden en de dagelijks markt te voet. Ons zwembad was aan de perfect temperatuur. Het was een top vakantie.

Ile de Reve peut-etre?

Hello Julien and Laure, Lovely home, very comfortable, well-equipped, space and easy catering, pool huge bonus - our grandson, 20 months, learned to swim, and all needed the super sunny break to relax. Local restaurants excellent, nearest beach a bit disappointing, but Bois Plage, not far, extremely good. St Martin and La Flotte delightful. Saturday traffic long queues for bridge, but, hey, 'stay relaxed'. And finally, but not least, Sylvie was very helpful, thoughtful, welcoming and we all laughed together. Great holiday, thank you. Excellente prestation

Maison spacieuse complètement rénovée, parfaitement équipée. Jardin avec piscine très bien entretenue. Pas de vis-à-vis Accueil excellent, avant l'arrivée, à l'arrivée et au départ. Située au calme et proche de commerces, du marché quotidien et de 2 loueurs de vélos.
