Fantastic property especially if you are taking a break after long trip. Super clean and spacious property. It's 10 minutes away from downtown which is great. Super easy check in intructions and while checkout we were not able to lock the door but host confirmed that it was super safe neighborhood. We had trouble turning the heat on because it required a password but other than that our stay was smooth and I would recommend this property.

The house is very nice and well kept. Good sized space for people to sit and visit. Easy to find and get into the home, as well as simple parking for a couple vehicles. The beds were super comfortable. There is no A/C in the house, but we did well with open windows and fans that were provided. Close to the ocean, and plenty of places to get food (coffee, donuts, restaurants and grocery). Cannery Row in Monterey is just a short drive away.

The house was clean and the host was available to answer any questions. Our favorite part was being able to check out without a list of housekeeping tasks. We would recommend this house for it’s proximity to the coastal towns.

The property was accurate as listed. The house was in a neighborhood and not walkable to bars, restaurants, stores, etc. which was noted in reviews. The beds were very comfortable with updated bathrooms and nice towels, although it would have been nice to have more than one set of towels per person. Nice to have outdoor space, the neighborhood was quite and we had no trouble parking.The kitchen was poorly equipped. If you plan on cooking meals, this might not work for you. The best thing about the kitchen was the fancy coffee maker, which we enjoyed.

Host was communicative and helpful House was perfect for our 4 families (4 bedrooms). Large kitchen and main room great for everyone to hang out together. We cooked all our meals there. Well stocked kitchen. Even a VERY nice espresso machine!!! Had a wonderful time
