Villa Santa Maria - Domaine Le Sherwood

## Villa

Villa Santa Maria can accommodate 15 people. It is ideal for enjoying a moment of rest or meeting with family and friends. It has 8 bedrooms, ie 7 double beds and 2 single beds (possibility of converting them into 1 double bed), as well as 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.

A large reception area with a lounge, a living room and a bar. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker Krups, toaster, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, all necessary crockery, television (TNT channels) ), hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board).

A relaxation area with table football and board games.
A room dedicated to well-being with sauna and whirlpool (optional).

Outside, you will find a large private terrace with beautiful garden furniture, barbecue and gas plancha, hammocks, as well as a swim spa (optional). An aquabike is at your disposal.

Arrival from 4 p.m.
Departure no later than 10 a.m.

## Access

Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your peaceful haven between the national forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.

Inheriting its history as a former summer camp, the estate has been redesigned into a friendly, fully pedestrian little village. Our 17 attached villas blend seamlessly into this wooded setting, creating a genuine hamlet atmosphere.

Your privacy preserved: Peace and quiet are our watchwords. Each accommodation features its own private green enclosure. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your private hot tub, available as an option) away from prying eyes.

The ideal location: From the estate's shared pathways, you have direct access to the region's many cycle paths, allowing you to reach the beach in just a few minutes.

Our team is available at the reception during the week to assist you throughout your stay.

## Notes

The private SPA is optional, its cost is 100 € for the duration of the stay.

Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon your arrival.
Towels are not provided. The rental of a towel kit is 7 € per person.

Pets -25kgs and not noisy are accepted for 15 €.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price.
You can also ask us for a cleaning during your stay for 39€ (notify us 3 days before the cleaning intervention).

If you wish, we can provide you with a baby kit for an additional € 15.
This kit includes an umbrella bed (with mattress and mattress pad), a high chair and a baby bath.

Un véritable hùvre de paix

Un lieu idyllique pour passer un week-end reposant et apaisé en bord de mer avec des amis. Tout y est : l'espace, le confort ++, la déco fabuleuse, l'esprit cocooning, la qualité et de trÚs bons échanges doublés d'un excellent accueil !!! Juste ce qu'il faut pour apprécier pleinement aussi bien l'intérieur que l'extérieur de la Villa Santa Maria avec une terrasse tellement grande et excellement bien équipée avec pleins d'espaces dédiés (repas, papotes, spa et spa de nage tellement agréables au lever et en fin de journée, jeux, grillades...)...et cerise sur le gùteau...le soleil était de la partie pour une belle balade dans les pins et sur la plage à marée basse entre Notre Dame et Fromentine ! Bref un WE au top ! merci au Sherwood de proposer un tel niveau de prestation !

Un endroit exceptionnel, nichĂ© au coeur de la forĂȘt et Ă  2 pas de la plage, la villa santa maria est une villa parfaite pour un grand groupe avec de supers Ă©quipements. Nous avons eu une mĂ©tĂ©o splendide pendant tout le sĂ©jour. Nous revenons plusieurs fois en 2021 pour organiser nos sĂ©jours sportifs et bien-ĂȘtre avec notre entreprise (Oxyn - Sport Nomade).

Je recommande vivement cette location , idéale entre amis ou en famille.

Une décoration qui vous invite aux voyages, une terrasse et un espace paysagé agencés avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons profité du SPA, de la balnéo et du SAUNA aprÚs un petit footing dans les bois, vraiment trÚs agréable. Nous sommes de plus à 5 min de la plage, vraiment top !

Le vaste salon et la trĂšs grande table sont bien adaptĂ©s Ă  un grand groupe, les 8 chambres et 4 salles de bain sont d'un grand confort de vie. Villa sublime avec Ă©quipements au top

Nous avons adoré passé ce weekend entre amis dans cette grande villa avec terrasse sublime, paysagée, Jacuzzi immense (sauna possible aussi !) . La villa est trÚs bien équipée, des grandes tablées possibles, un grand bar avec frigo, des chambres confortables, télé géante, baby-foot, barbecue et plancha, plein de vaisselle et accÚs à la mer 2 minutes à pied.... Le seul bémol (il n'y en a qu'un ! ), c'est la limitation du bruit à partir de 22h30 à cause du camping voisin...
