The house has 1 bedroom and wooden porch with kitchen and bathroom, surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the charm of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
You can visit the towns of Denia, Javea, Moraira, Altea and its beaches, hiking trails in the mountains, diving in crystal clear water beaches, boating and mountain biking circuits or walking.
Discover Mediterranean cuisine with some tapas in the historic centers of towns and enjoy the sunset at the beach bars beaches.
There are pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and medical services to 3 km. Golf course 14 km, The nearest beach in Denia is 16 km.

Natural, beautiful and organic feeling.

Fantastic. super friendly part of Spain. Simple, beautiful and very tasteful interior, natural and organic feeling. Electric goes on sunlight energy, which works very well. Close to neighbours and still enough privacy. Wide private ground which gives a free feeling around the two buildings. Love the way everything is set up. thanks Victor, would love to come again. Elly

El anfitrión ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento por teléfono. Todo ha sido muy fácil. La casita es maravillosa y las vistas más todavía. La única “pega” es que la habitación está separada del baño y hay que salir fuera. Por lo demás todo bien!

Inmejorable

Realmente es lo que ofrece, relax, desconexión, naturaleza en todo el entorno, sin duda lo recomiendo y por supuesto intentaremos repetir lo antes posible. Tanto Víctor cómo Ana se portaron estupendamente bien en todo momento aconsejando sobre el entorno y las opciones que ofrece la zona. La cabaña dispone de todo lo necesario para que te sientas cómodo desde el principio. Lo mejor? Las vistas y el silencio absoluto.... resumiendo, si vas, repites seguro.

Good for short stay in warm sunny weather

This place is delightful for a short 2-4 day stay IF the weather is perfect. Beyond that time, or if the weather is cold or rainy, I think one would not find enjoyment here. The place is very tiny and cramped. The kitchen and bath are also tiny and separate facilities and require exposure to the elements to reach them, an unpleasant event during a cold rainy night. The privacy and exclusiveness is wonderful unless the owner is in residence just next door. Parking was tricky. The owner was not present during our check in, nor did he bother to contact us; instead leaving that courtesy to his friend. There were two propane fired portable heaters there, but one failed to function properly so we did not use it - leaving the bathroom cold for showers. Great views though.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy

The days in the Ethnic House were so beautiful, it was a great time. We enjoyed the tranquility of the nature, the wonderful view to the hills and the valley. We loved to sit on the veranda for breakfast or to be lazy. Supermarkets are not faraway. There are many poissibilities to do, cycling, hiking, go to the sea, visit small towns without many tourists or bigger towns/cities with many tourists. At the sea you can go to beaches or small bays. If you want to relax and come to rest it is the perfect place at the Ethnic House.

Paradise on a hill

It's a great place to relax and spend a holiday. The location offers both privacy and a magnificent view over the valley. The house was clean and well maintained and despite the limited supply of electricity we experienced no lack of luxury.

Todo estaba como yo me esperaba, limpio, agradable y muy cuidado por parte de su amable propietario. Un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza del entorno. Con playas muy cerca y con una buena oferta gastronomica mediterranea en los alrededores. Espero volver cuando tenga otra oportunidad. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Maravillosa casa en un entorno espectacular

Estuvimos en abril mi pareja y yo y nos encantó la casa, tiene un gusto exquisito, el entorno es magnífico y los dueños simpatiquísimos y tremendamente agradables, estuvieron pendientes de todo, nos aconsejaron sobre los mejores sitios para caminar, ir a la playa del Ambolo, que por cierto es espectacular, comer. Tengo claro que cuando vaya a esa zona me hospedo en esa casa. Tiene magia. Me encanta.

Nos han encantado la estancia..han sido unos días de vacaciones fantásticos. La casa y el lugar nos ha enamorado. La casa es preciosa y muy acogedora. La han hecho con mucho gusto. Todo estaba en perfecto estado y muy limpia. El lugar es impresionante. Tienes playa o montaña y los pueblos de alrededor son muy bonitos. Por parte del propietario el trato ha sido excelente, nos ha atendido muy bien. La recomendamos tanto para unas vacaciones relajantes como para los más aventureros, ya que tienes naturaleza en estado puro alrededor. Me ha encantado!!! En cuanto pueda volveremos!! Gracias por vuestra amabilidad!!!!!!!!!

Casa perfecta, tranquila con vistas excepcionales

Una casa y un lugar perfectos para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. La casa está en un entorno precioso y muy tranquilo, en plena naturaleza, con mucha intimidad y unas vistas extraordinarias y está muy bien comunicada para ir tanto a lugares de costa como de montaña, con infinidad de posibilidades para hacer rutas de senderismo. El dormitorio, la cocina y el baño son amplios y muy luminosos, están muy bien decorados, y los exteriores son magníficos para disfrutar del silencio y de la Naturaleza. Por parte de Victor nos sentimos arropados en todo momento, pese a que se encontraba de viaje y no pudimos vernos. Un alojamiento muy recomendable, al que esperamos regresar en próximas vacaciones
