Very close to marina for tours. Walking about 12 min. A little noisy from upstairs but not during quiet hours. Backyard waterfall is a great attraction

We had a great stay. Steven met us at the unit to show us the code, and walk us through the unit. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was great near the harbor, and it was quiet.I would love to stay at this unit again, and when we take another Alaska vacation we will!

The host Steven was top notch! We came in on the train and he allowed us to store our luggage in the garage until check in time. (About a 4 block walk from the train). He was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful place. We came in pre-cruise and I would recommend staying in Seward for a day or 2. And at this property.

The property was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. Its location was very convenient, with easy access to many local attractions, restaurants, and activities. The host was extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. Steven went the extra mile helping us navigate to the house during a rainstorm and working to trouble shoot World Cup game access. Of note, neighbors could be heard walking upstairs occasionally and there are quiet hours requested to reduce night-time disturbances. The laundry machines were located in the unit which was a plus.

Lovely little house in Seward

Stayed here with our adult kids during a vacation in AK. Walkable to the dock and to shops & restaurants. Steven met us there to show us around. Very clean and kept up. Great locale for our visit.

Fishing trip in Seward

Very comfortable stay. Close to downtown and the marina. Walking distance to much of Seward. This unit has a nice little fire pit area with your own waterfall and outdoor dining area. I would definitely stay there again

Steven welcomed us when we arrived and showed us the chalet , which was just as described and was very comfortable for us.Wish we had oppotunity to sit by fire in back yard. Such a beautiful, serene spot. The best was the location. Very easy to get around town. Will recommend to our friends.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious unit. It was clean, and we were quite comfortable. Steven was a wonderful host. All of downtown Seward is walkable from the house, too.

Outstanding Seward rental!

Highly recommend this property. Spotless - truly the cleanest rental I've ever had! Spacious, well-appointed, comfortable beds, great location, and a professional and helpful host. We would 100% return if we travel to Seward again, thanks for a great stay!
