Recently Remodeled Duplex with Two Balconies to Enjoy the Beautiful Views!

Perfect Getaway! Views to die for from the two balconies!.

This light, bright and nicely furnished duplex is new to the rental market and has just been completely remodeled! Plus, the ocean and beach views from both balconies are beyond fantastic!

This pet friendly property offers stunning views of the beach and ocean! There is a one way public sand road in front of the duplex with occasional vehicles; however, there are no buildings on the beach side of this road, so you have an unobstructed and gorgeous view of the beach and ocean!

The duplex has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are not provided. Please inquire if you would like to rent from us. Minimum Number of Nights are required for rental. Please inquire within.

The home has a beachy decor with new furniture, flooring, and it's been freshly painted.

The first floor consists of a living area, dining area, kitchen, powder room, and balcony. The second floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and second balcony off of the master bedroom.

The kitchen is complete with all new appliances and fully stocked with all necessary items to prepare your meals. There is a small breakfast bar as well. The dining table seats four and is adjacent to the kitchen.

The living area offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV to enjoy! There is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping needs. There is also a powder room on this floor.

On the upper level, the ocean front master bedroom has a queen bed and TV. There is also a second balcony off of the master bedroom to enjoy the spectacular beach views! The second bedroom has two twin beds which can easily be pushed together if preferred. Both bedrooms have nice size closets. Also, there is a full bathroom on this level with a vanity and tub/shower combination.

On the balcony you will find a gas grill for cooking up those delicious burgers!

On the ground level, you will find beach chairs and an outdoor shower. Parking will be in this area as well.

We know you will fall in love with Amelia Island! You will find this duplex will be the perfect spot for your getaway!

I've stayed there growing up as a kid with my family for many years. This is the first time staying there with my family and it didnt disappoint. It brought back great memories as we made new memories of our own. We had a great time.

The home was perfect for my birthday celebration!

The home was cozy and well cared for. Perfect size for a family of four. We all enjoyed walking on the beach with our fur babies. The sunrises were perfect to view from the porches. Will definitely revisit when we would like a getaway to the beach again.

North end beach property

We came for the FL vs. GA football game in Jacksonville and left happy UGA fans. The house was great. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We brought our pet bulldog and he loved his walks on the beach. Great convenient location. We would certainly rent again. Until next year...Go Dawgs!

Loved having the 2 balconies! Everything was super clean and very nice. This was the first trip we’ve ever taken with our dogs. They loved it! I highly recommend! Super responsive when we had a minor issue. Resolved it in less than an hour. (We needed a propane tank refill and a light bulb.)

Nice property

We had trouble with the air conditioner the first day we arrived. We let Lee know and soon after he had two different companies try to find a solution to our problem. We purchased a portable air conditioner (which we were reimbursed for) to hold us over until the unit was fixed. Even though it was an inconvenience, the property manager did everything he could to accommodate us. We enjoyed our stay and the location was great.

Perfect location, clean, so close to the beach!

I honestly will stay nowhere else when visiting Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island. The home was perfect! Spotless, and so very close to the beautiful beach. Loved the one way beach road on which the property is, which has very little traffic and was perfect for walking if it got windy on the beach. The views were just gorgeous from both balconies! It was cool while we were there so we slept with the door open every night - the sound of the ocean was the absolute best. We will never sleep that well again without that sound. This was our first visit to Fernandina and we will definitely be back. The locals are incredibly friendly, we found tons of sharks teeth, walked miles and miles, rode our bikes on the beach, ate great food, and participated in several events. We brought our dog, who kept begging us to go back to the beach for every waking hour. I almost don’t want to recommend this home or the island since I would like to keep it a secret just to myself, but I can truly say this was one of the best weeks and properties we’ve ever rented. Thank you so much! Count on us renting again.

Amazing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach access is about half a block away, the views are amazing! It was so great to be able to take our dog on the beach. She had a blast! It’s a short drive or bike ride to the state park and the downtown area is a couple miles away, where there are many great restaurants. The town is really cute and has a lot of history, so it was much better that staying at your typical beach because there is a lot more to do besides the beach. The only slight issue was the state of the beach gear. Everything was rusted and falling apart, so I suggest you bring your own stuff. The duplex was comfortable and clean and a perfect size for us. It had some basic cooking stuff like olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and tea, which was nice. Highly recommended!!

Awesome Beach Front Getaway

This newly remodeled duplex had everything needed for our awesome beach vacation. Very clean with all the comfort of home. They view from the balconies were great especially the spectacular sunrise view. The very short walk to the beach made it convenient for many trips. The quaint town of Fernandina is less than a 10 minute drive with wonderful restaurants and shops. When we return to Amelia Island this house will be our first choice for our family.

Perfect location just steps from the beach!

This was a perfect spot for a week at the beach! The views from the two balconies are amazing and straight out to the water. The accommodations were just right for the two of us. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to rent bikes to ride into town and to Fort Clinch just a few blocks away. The beach was steps away and perfect for walking, relaxing, boogie boarding, and exploring. We would definitely come back!
