Beachfront Cottage with Fantastic View

Escape to the rugged beauty of the northern California coast and enjoy a memorable stay at our charming two-bedroom cottage along Pebble Beach Drive in Crescent City. Wake up to the stunning views of the ocean and watch the whales spout from the comfort of your own dining room. Just steps away from the beach, the Pebble Beach House is a convenient base for your visit to the North Coast.

Take advantage of the numerous outdoor activities nearby such as birding, kayaking, beachcombing, and surfing. The house is just a short walk to the beach, tidepools, and a mile away from downtown and the harbor. It's also within driving distance of the Redwood National and State Parks, where you can hike the backcountry, explore the dunes and marshes of Lake Earl State Wildlife Preserve, or fish the naturally wild Smith River.

The house is well-maintained and comfortable, with large picture windows in the dining room providing breathtaking views of the rugged coastline. We have a brand new (2026) HVAC system with heating and cooling, solar with batteries (no power outages), and available EV charging. Relax on the new recliner while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean and the barking of the seals. The living room features a game table, puzzles, and a Smart-TV to login to your Netflix account. Both bedrooms offer queen beds for a peaceful night's sleep.

Please note that our home is a no-smoking and no-pets allowed indoors property. Come and visit Del Norte County, one of the prettiest spots on the North Coast of California, and create unforgettable memories at the Pebble Beach House.

We loved this house. It is a bit dated but so classic and well maintained. You can really tell that it has been well loved. Sitting on the front porch enjoying the ocean view was amazing. We'd highly recommend this house!

The location, with an amazing view, and a great beach steps away was the best part! The older home certainly had character, and the beds were comfortable. Personally, we would not book again. The musty, damp, moldy smell was constant. Anytime water was ran, you would have to listen to what sounded like a small motor, which I assume is some sort of pump bringing in water to the house.

Thanks for your feeback. Our home is an original 1930s beach cottage, not a brand new home. Im glad to hear you enjoyed the panoramic views and location. We are sad to hear you experienced a musty smell; we havent received that feeback from many other guests. Although the house is older, it has a whole home duhumifier, AC and heat, which was possibly not on during your stay. With prior coomunication, I would have been happy to address any concerns. We are experieng a drop in water pressure. The entire house is receiving a plumbing upgrade this winter, as well as a bathroom remodel. Thank you for exploring our corner of the world and sorry we didnt meet your expectations.

We sat in the front room every evening to watch the completely unobstructed view of the ocean and sunset… Beautiful! Close proximity to the giant redwoods and Walmart. The flowering trees outside the kitchen window were in full bloom. So nice listening to the seal barking from the front porch. Will absolutely stay here again.

Very nice property with off street parking and a fabulous view of the Crescent City coastline from the two easy chairs. Short walk to the beach directly across the road. Streaming TV with various options nice feature. Stock of little things we might need was good. We felt the kitchen and bathroom were dated, maybe intentionally, but upgrades would be nice. Door keyless entry and security instructions were lacking but the host Nick was easily reachable. Would recommend to others.

Amazing views and steps from the beach. If you are looking for a quiet location to enjoy the redwoods and escape summer heat, this is a great option. Quaint cottage on the coast, with everything you need. Crescent city has limited dining options but between Seaquake Brewing, SeaFront baking Co, and Brookings, you have plenty to choose from.
