Great One Week Stay!
We spent one week at this property and very much enjoyed our stay. Our property manager Berthe was a pleasure to deal with. Even though we arrived early, she met us at the condo complex and immediately took us to the suite. The suite itself is new, modern, & clean, everything "worked," and the king size bed was firm and comfy. We had 2 very minor issues during the week and Berthe was quick to respond and have the matters taken care of. Great service!
We have a few recommendations for the owner and property manager to consider for the future:
1. Better directions and the exact name of the condo complex (ie: Azulejos Riviera Living) would have been appreciated. Even though we had the address taken from the VRBO Property ID, our taxi driver had difficulty finding the property. He knew he was in the right general area, but it took him awhile to get us to our destination. Also the condo complex has no signage at the security gate which added further to the confusion. In fact, all of the taxis we used during the week had difficulty finding the complex and we had to point and direct them to turn here, turn there, etc.
2. Two keys to the condo would have been appreciated. My wife and I don't do everything together at the same time, so sharing one key was a problem from time to time.
3. The pool had only 9 loungers at the pool so at times, securing a couple when we wanted to use the pool was an issue.
All in all it was a very good week and we had a wonderful time, gracias!
