New villa with a private heated pool and a panoramic ocean and mountain view

The villa is at the heart of a large 10-hectare estate, nestled in a hill overlooking the Gulf of Valinco with a panoramic view of the ocean and mountains. Peace and privacy are guaranteed.
The new villa, built in 2014, is air-conditioned and fully furnished, with high-class services. Hi-Fi Bose home cinema, TV with 250 channels including Canal+, internet and Wi-Fi are all included.
House and beach towels are provided.
The living room has a fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a fridge with a freezer compartment and a Weber barbecue.
The private, heated infinity pool is 6 x 11 metres, with a depth of 1.65 metres. It is fitted with an alarm and pool cover, as well as garden furniture on an extensive stone beach with a view of the sea and mountains.

Sehr schöne Aussicht und toller Pool, aber...

... leider ist das Haus nicht besonders gepflegt. Es müsste einiges erneuert werden und etwas sauberer sein, dann wäre es ein Paradies. Der Blick und der Pool sind dafür ein Traum. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist recht abenteuerlich. Alles in allem recht schön, allerdings stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht.

Merci pour vos commentaires. Je ne comprends pas vos remarques sur l'état global de notre maison nous n'avons jamais eu une remarque à ce sujet. Si certains détails vous semblaient dans un état d'entretien insuffisant merci de me les signaler pour que je puisse en faire part aux personnes chargées de l'entretien et du ménage. En ce qui concerne la route d'accès à la maison vous n'êtes pas sans savoir que quelques jours avant votre arrivée une terrible tempête a balayé toute l'île ( avec 5 morts ) , donc nous n'avons pu faire venir une entreprise pour tout remettre en l'état ,néanmoins la route était très praticable ,nous nous en excusons. En ce qui concerne le prix il est prévu pour accueillir 8 personnes adultes, or vous n'étiez que 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Avec mes excuses pour ces désagréments qui ont néanmoins permis selon votre commentaire un séjour de qualité. A votre disposition et très amicalement Lucien TRIPONEL COLONNA D ISTRIA

une propriété avec une vue de fou sur la baie. Une piscine à débordement superbe. La maison est hyper agréable et très bien équipée. Literie, équipement, matériel de cuisine etc... Nous avons eu un petit souci avec la climatisation de la maison qui est pourtant du haut de gamme. Le délai pour avoir la pièce qui a grillé a été un peu long et nous avons eu un peu chaud pendant les fortes chaleur mais nos vacances se sont quand même très bien passées. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui nous a permis de bien déconnecter. Cette ile de beauté porte vraiment bien son nom!!! La maison haut de gamme et sa vue incomparable a contribué largement à ce que nous passions de très très bonnes vacances.

Villa somptueuse et encore mieux que sur les photos! Piscine très agréable, grande et dont la vue est à couper le souffle même en fin de séjour! L'accueil irréprochable de Nathalie et Luciano qui sont à votre service 24h/24h! Le proprietaire est disponible très sympathique et courtois! Seule chose à dire...RDV l'année prochaine

Merveilleux endroit

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant dans une maison tout confort dans un cadre sauvage, calme et typique. La piscine chauffée est posée dans un jardin plein de surprise avec de multiples plantations. Les accès vers d'autres sites et le GR 20 sont tout proche pour de belles soirées ou ballades.
