Large living room with fully equipped American kitchen, central island and lounge area.
3 bedrooms including 1 master suite with private terrace, private bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, dressing room and 160x200 bed. 1 bedroom with double bed of 140x200 and 1 other bedroom of 30 m2 with 2 double beds of 140x200 and bunk beds of 90x200.
1 bathroom with double sink. Separate WC. cellar
The + of the villa is its private land not overlooked, its private heated pool with large terrace, summer lounge, BBQ

A DEPOSIT of 800€ will be requested by transfer 15 days before your arrival and obviously returned if no damage is observed 15 days maximum after your departure

Wonderful place stay

This is an amazing property. We spent 3 weeks with our kids and enjoyed the garden, the villa, the pool and the many places to visit. Service was excellent. Highly recommended!

De très belles vacances

Séjour d’une semaine du 2 au 9 aout dans une villa conforme aux photos et à la description c’est à dire très belle et fonctionnelle. Piscine chauffée qui a ravi petits et grands, sécurisée par un abri télescopique donc pas de stress avec les enfants. Propriété non isolée, située dans un hameau, mais au calme, sans vis à vis et le bois à l’arrière donne l’impression d’être coupés du monde. Clim dans la pièce de vie , suffisante pour rafraîchir les chambres . Le petit bourg de labastide de virac est très charmant avec son chateau à visiter mais n’offre pas de commerces , hormis une mini épicerie de « dépannage ». Enfin les échanges avec Laurent le propriétaire et Marie qui gère les arrivées et les départs ont étés simples et sympathiques , la confiance s’est vite installée. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation. Jennifer

Très bel extérieur au calme

Villa avec un extérieur très agréable pour manger, prendre l'apéritif, se reposer et se prélasser dans la piscine en ayant moins chaud qu'en centre ville avec cette forêt à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa bien située à côté de beaux sites. Seul petit bémol peut-être le manque d espace et de rangement dans la petite chambre double.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle villa ainsi que son terrain joliment aménagé et aussi la grande terrasse autour de la piscine. Nous avons eu le privilège de nous réveiller en voyant une famille de sangliers derrière le muret dans la foret.

Une villa magnifique très bien équipée que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l’extérieur. Piscine bien sécurisée avec volet roulant pour des petits. Seul petit point négatif présence d'un seul WC. Een echte aanrader voor families met kinderen!

Het huis was ideaal voor 2 families met kinderen. Iedereen een eigen badkamer en een ruime kinderkamer. Een heel leuk zwembad voor groot en klein. Voldoende lig- en zitplaatsen buiten, zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. In het huis was ook alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. De eigenaars waren heel vriendelijk en makkelijk te contacteren.

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances. La maison est très fonctionnelle, très jolie déco intérieure et extérieure, tout y est. L espace chambre pour les enfants est très bien, grand, avec même petit espace salon avec canapés et télé juste pour eux. Grande pièce à vivre au centre de la maison avec une immense baie vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse et la piscine, c est très agréable, on a l'impression d etre dehors même en étant dedans. Le coin salon extérieur avec la plancha est très agréable avec grand canapé d extérieur, petit bar. L extérieur est vraiment très beau, nous sommes dans une belle propriété au calme et entourée d arbres. On a l impression d etre seuls au monde au milieu des bois et pourtant pas loin de tout. Nous y avons séjourné à 7 personnes et il y avait encore 3 places de disponibles. Par contre il n y a qu un seul WC, donc un peu juste pour la capacité d accueil, mais c est un détail. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Laurent et Marie qui font tout pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Je recommande à 200%
