Not fit for a holiday home ,the owner has know idea how to run the solar panel system,we bought are own mobile air conditioning unit as it was over 40c inside the bungalow but were told we could not use it as she could not change the system to adapt it ! We switched it off but this lead to us having no electricity or water as the water is supplied by a electric water pump at this point we had to leave Regards Paul

Paul, you broke the house rules from day one... the website had to contact you on several occasions until they kicked you out of the house. Before renting a holiday home, look closely at the advertisement. If you don't like this type of accommodation, there are many 5-star hotels on the island.

Beautiful location just along a rustic country road. 4 minutes from BIP supermarket in llucmajor

The property was imaculate. Super clean tidy lots of extra blankets and towels. Beautiful location with Orange and lemon and olive trees in the garden. A big log burner with a basket of wood which lasted three days. You can get more at the fuel stations. We went at the beginning of April and the nights were just that little bit chilli. The pool is also very cold at the beginning of April. The pool and the garden are very beautiful. The pool is 1.6 meters at one end and 2 meters at the opposite end. Little children will need floats. There is an outside barbecue which works great. We bought meat from the local supermarket, burgers, steaks and kebabs. It is not far from Palma and the beaches close to Palma about 20 minutes drive to the beaches and 30 minutes to the center of Palma. The lady that owns the finca is really helpfull and speaks good english. And lives meters away if you need to ask anything she will do her best to take care if it for you. Overall we had a fantastic holiday here with no complaints. Beautiful weather and beautiful surroundings.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The farmhouse is great inside. The pool is fantastic, just a heads up, it is deep, even in the shallow end - I am 5ft 4 and needed to tiptoe. The outdoor furniture could do with some tlc but we weren’t bothered and we didn’t use the bbq so can’t comment. The bugs are awful, get spray, plug ins, candles, whatever otherwise you will get eaten alive. It is a little difficult to find, especially in the dark but very close to town and accessible to get everywhere you want to go. The shower is very temperamental too but we got used to it, easier to use handheld and the cold water was a relief to be fair. Haha. The house does have portable fans and a ceiling fan but they don’t offer much relief but you expect to be hot in Mallorca don’t you so we survived. The third room is a sofa bed which we had to make up ourselves when we arrived. Air con would genuinely make it perfect. Check in, his parents meet you to give you keys and a few bits of info, they ask for the visitors tax there and then, read up on it so you know how much to pay. Check out time is actually 10am not 12pm, I advised the owner to update the details on here. However he let us stay until 12 as our flight was later on so that was super kind of him! Check out was easy too, just left the keys in the mail box. The host and his family had great communication and were so friendly and helpful. Lovely people. All in all a wonderful stay and we highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

Das Haus war sehr gut für unseren Urlaub, es ist sehr privat, der Pool und die Sauberkeit des Hauses lassen nicht zu wünschen übrig.Wissen muss man, dass es sich um ein Haus mit Basic-Ausstattung handelt. Das bedeutet, dass es keine Kleiderschränke gibt und im zweiten Zimmer ist das Bett von in Klappgestell - für Kinder völlig ausreichend, als Erwachsener möchte ich drauf nicht 2 Wochen schlafen. Die Küche hat eine völlig ausreichende Ausstattung, Lappe , Handtuch und Spülmittel sind vorhanden. Der Aussenbereich ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, man merkt, dass die Liebe zum Detail fehlt. Das Außenbett ist zusammengebrochen und nicht mehr nutzbar, die Rasenfläche ist - klar, bei 40 Grad - vertrocknet. Aber alles in allem ist der Außenbereich etwas schmuddelig. Aber alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht und die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war einwandfrei.

Leider sind die Bilder im Internet nicht identisch mit dem aktuellen Zustand des Grundstücks. Die gesamte Vegetation macht einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck, die Außenmöbel sind in einem sehr verbrauchten Zustand, dass neben dem Pool stehendem "Daybed" ist nicht nutzbar. Die Unterkonstruktion ist komplett kaputt / verrottet. Der aufgeführte Grill ist dermaßen verdreckt, dass auch dieser nicht nutzbar ist.Leider muss die 5. Person auf einer sehr alten Schlafcouch nächtigen, für alle stehen nur 1 Standventilator und ein Deckenventilator zur Verfügung. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden.Das war unser Familienurlaub 2025 :-(((

Vermieter freundlich schöne lage allerdings sehr abgelegen ein Auto wäre zu empfehlen. Unterkunft ist schön die Ausstattung ist ok Leider hatten wir mehrere Stunden kein fließendes Wasser das wurde von dem Vermieter auch behoben allerdings hat das einige Stunden gedauert da der Brunnen aus dem das Wasser entnommen wurd erst wieder gefüllt werden musste

Wir haben uns leider gar nicht wohl gefühlt. Es war nur oberflächlich sauber. Auf unserem Bett klebte Kaugummi. Es gibt keine Schränke im Haus. Wir haben als Familie mit 4 Personen aus unseren Koffern gelebt. Es gibt keine Verdunklung in den Schlafräumen, das was als Rollos vorhanden ist, ist leider kaputt. 1 Schlafzimmer hat einen Deckenventilator, den anderen Räumen steht nur ein kleiner Standventilator für alle zur Verfügung. In der Anzeige steht, dass es 10 min Autofahrt zu den schönsten Stränden sind, das stimmt nicht, man fährt mind. 20-30 min. Die Bilder der Wohnung sind nicht mehr altuell. In einem Schlafraum steht eine Schlafcouch, (die auch so im Internet nicht angegenen ist), wo Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert sind. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr ungepflegt. Die Auflagen der Gartenmöbel haben Flecken. Der Nachbar nebenan, da kann aber der Vermieter nichts für, lässt mehrmals am Tag für mehrere Stunden einen Dieselgenerator laufen. Es riecht ständig nach Diesel und ist zudem laut. Desweiteren haben die Nachbarn auch 3 Hunde, die ständig bellen

Ärgerlicher Urlaub

Um nicht alles schlecht zu machen, fange ich mit den Vermietern an. Beide sind sehr nett. Aber das war es auch schon. Die inserierte Waschmaschine war nicht vorhanden, und wir wurden an einen Waschsalon verwiesen! Wir haben extra wenig Wäsche mitgenommen, da wir dachten, dass wir unsere Kleidung waschen können. Das ist Betrug! Die Waschmaschine war für mich ein Auswahlkriterium. Hätten wir vorher gewusst, dass es keine gibt, hätten wir diese Finca nicht gebucht! Wir mussten im Urlaub extra Wäsche kaufen. Kein WLan, ich habe es gemeldet und als Antwort bekommen, dass sich diese Woche ein Techniker darum kümmert. War leider nicht so. Meine Kinder und ich mussten im Außenbereich sehr aufpassen, wo man drauftritt, aus dem Garten kamen runde Stachelbälle, die sehr weh taten, wenn man drauftrat. Die Fliesen sind teilweise abgeplatzt und liegen nur noch lose herum. Pool war sehr veraltet und nach 2 Tagen war er schon sehr trüb, wir haben auch niemanden gesehen, der ihn gereinigt hat, der von mir platzierte Käscher hat sich die ganze Woche nicht bewegt! Der Metalleinstieg ist unten lose und nicht befestigt! Der Strom fiel täglich aus. Im Bad lief die Dusche nicht richtig ab, was nach 2 Minuten Duschen zu einer kleinen Überschwemmung führte. Dieser nicht richtig funktionierende Abfluss war eine ideale Brutstätte für Stechmücken, was die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern nutzlos machte. Ich kann hier keine weiterempfehlung geben und bitte überarbeiten Sie dringend ihr Inserat!

Sebastian, vielen Dank für deinen Kommentar, wenn du genau hinsiehst, steht in der Ankündigung des Hauses in keinem Abschnitt, dass wir eine Waschmaschine haben... Und es stimmt, dass das WLAN in der Woche, in der du warst, ausgefallen ist bleiben. Da der Monat August ist, konnte der Techniker leider nicht so schnell kommen, wie Sie es wollten. Ich entschuldige mich für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Wenn die Kinder nicht mit Steinen spielen würden, gäbe es keine kaputten Fliesen... Wir werden auch versuchen, nach den Bällen zu suchen und sie zu beseitigen.

Sehr ruhiges, niedliches Haus mit privatem Pool

Es war alles genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, weil alles sehr sauber war. Unser Highlight war definitiv der Pool (schön groß und tief - genug Platz für mehrere Erwachsene oder große Kinder), aber nichts für kleine Kinder oder Nichtschwimmer. Der Garten ist super schön mediterran, man kann relaxen und die Ruhe genießen - wir haben alles an der Unterkunft geliebt! Die Nachbarn Piedad und ihr Mann Juanjo sind sowas von lieb und hilfsbereit und sind gleichzeitig die Betreuer der Unterkunft. Piedad hat uns alles genauestens erklärt (sie spricht auch Englisch und Deutsch). Juanjo hat uns sogar das Pferd auf dem Nachbargrundstück streicheln lassen, das war auch ein schönes Erlebnis. Wir haben zu dritt 5 Nächte dort verbracht und konnten auch gut schlafen. Die Betten sind ok. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern (wie auf den Bildern) und die Küche ebenso. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :))) Liebe Grüße an Piedad und Juanjo! Auch einen Gruß an Rafa, der uns per WhatsApp immer wieder Tipps gegeben hat. DANKE! :)

Une magnifique petite Finca

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable petite maison. En commençant par les points forts : L'extérieur avec sa piscine : L'environnement est idyllique, le calme règne et les équipements permettent de toujours trouver un coin d'ombre tout au long de la journée pour en profiter. Il n'y a aucun vis a vis et les voisins ( parents du propriétaire ) sont très agréables et discrets La localisation : Elle m'a permis de faire l'ensemble de l'ile en étant au maximum à une heure de trajet depuis la maison. Ce qui permet de rayonner agréablement et de ne rien manquer lors de la visite. Pour les petits axes d'amélioration : Un ménage express en milieu de séjour long serait un gros plus, notamment pour changer les draps et passer un coup sur le sol qui inévitablement se sali quand on profite de l'extérieur L'équipement intérieur : les ventilateurs sont vraiment bruyants quand on est obligé de dormir avec pendant la nuit et les couverts un peu vétustes, je pense, si l'on est plus de 2 à séjourner dans la maison... mais ce n'est que mon avis. En remerciant Rafa pour m'avoir permis de passer un très bon séjour dans sa finca.

Agréable propriété

Séjour très agréable dans une maison bien équipée avec toutes les commodités.L'accueil a été sympathique même si nous ne parlions pas la même langue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine mais avons été un peu déçus de l'entretien des extérieurs qui ne correspondent pas vraiment aux photos du site. Un rafraîchissement du mobilier extérieur serait à envisager. Nous recommandons néanmoins cette location.

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage . Die Vermieter haben sich um alles gekümmert. Man sollte unbedingt Mückenschutz für den Außenbereich dabei haben.

Un grand merci à Rafa et ses parents ! :)

La maison et son magnifique jardin avec piscine correspondaient totalement à l’annonce, de plus les parents de Rafa qui nous ont accueillis ont été très gentils et disponibles pour toutes nos demandes pendant le séjour. La maison est idéale pour un couple comme pour une famille ou un séjour entre amis. Llucmajor est une ville sympa pour dîner au restaurant et non loin de Palma pour sortir ou toute autre activité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! :) Encore un grand merci à Rafa et ses parents !!
