About this property

Seaside chalet with heated indoor pool

Recent chalet of 35 m2 with covered terrace of 15 m2, all comfort and equipped, by the sea (150 meters) in the residence of tourism of Fort Samson with swimming pool COVERED and heated from April to October, paddling pool, playground for children, games room and boules pitch.

Located in a charming fishing port and marina, Grandcamp-Maisy will seduce you with its restaurants, its daily fish market, bakeries and various shops (bookstore, clothing stores, florists, carrefour market ...). On the landing beaches, you can relive history by visiting the many museums and historic sites, not to mention the sandy beaches.

Organization of the chalet:
- Fitted kitchen open to living-dining room
- Master bedroom with 1 bed of 140 * 190 and duvet 220 * 240,
- Room with 2 beds of 80 * 190 and duvets 200 * 140
- Bathroom with shower
- separate WC

Interior equipment: oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishes, 82 cm flat screen TV, DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, WIFI access.

Outdoor equipment: A garden furniture with six chairs, two sun loungers, a WEBER barbecue, petanque balls and ping-pong rackets are at your disposal.

The linen (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) is to be provided by you.

Possibility of cot on request.

Animals are not allowed.

Rentals are from Saturday 15 hours to Saturday 10 hours.

Possibility to rent for several days, weekends or even the month following the period.

Great chalet and location

We have just returned after a week staying here. Great location for D Day beaches and train station nearby (Lison) for easy connection to Paris for a day out. The Chalet is lovely, very clean, well equipped and comfy beds and seating. The park it is located on is fairly quiet apart from some noise a coupleof nights from partying on a neighbouring site. There is a pool but make sure you and your kids wear tight trunks as the man running the place doesn’t like swimming shorts as we found out but they are their rules I guess! All in all a great week spent here and we would definitely come back.

Seul bĂ©mol...il n'y avait pas de poĂȘle et pas de grosse gamelle...c'est dommage car Ă  la criĂ©e il y avait de trĂšs beaux poissons et surtout des crabes et des araignĂ©es mĂȘme pour faire cuire des moules...du coup j'ai achetĂ© une poĂȘle et une grande casserole. Le chalet est trĂšs bien agencĂ© avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent sĂ©jour. L'accueil a Ă©tĂ© parfait. La rĂ©sidence est calme. La piscine est parfaite pour nager en famille notamment avec des jeunes enfants. La rĂ©sidence se trouve Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du port oĂč se trouve glacier restaurants... Je recommande vivement cette location car nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.
