Real fisherman's house on the Rance

Fisherman's house renovated between St Malo and Dinard, the property accommodates 8/10 people in a warm atmosphere. Large living room with fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms (160 cm bed), laundry, 2 shower rooms and separate wc. Chimney and cozy decoration to warm up your evenings. Terraces and barbecue overlooking a fully enclosed country setting. For holidays with family or friends, you have direct access to the Rance for unforgettable walks or swimming. Come relax under the willow and enjoy the sweetness of the Emerald Coast in this little corner of paradise.



The basic necessities (salt, pepper, tea towel, bath mat ...) are included
A bed linen service made on arrival (duvet cover sheet, pillowcase) as well as a hand towel is offered at 15 euros per person.
To ensure our guests a good state of cleanliness, I ask 60 euros cleaning fee per stay which must be paid upon arrival.
Baby cot and high chair available if necessary

Unser Aufenthalt

Das Haus war nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Küche und die Gerätschaften waren sehr alt. Die Gummiabdichtungen im Kühlschrank waren schimmelig und schwarz und wir haben dann erst einmal putzen müssen. Die Grundausstattung war nicht sehr üppig, 6 unterschiedliche Weingläser, davon zwei kaputt. Es war alles ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Haus hat Holzdielen und war dann entsprechend hellhörig. Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkter Zugang vom Garten an die Rance.

Gite confortable, très bien situé, bien équipé. Un petit bémol: le ménage qui laissait à désirer dans la cuisine et le manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (une seule casserole disponible).

La beauté intime de la Rance a un quart d'heure de st Malo et de st Lunaire

Un très beau jardin fleuri sur les bords de Rance , une véranda sur le jardin, et une maison en pierre tres belle attachée à la véranda...

Pour un moment de détente, n'hésitez pas à "bondir" sur ce gite..plein de caractère, de charme. Rénovation de très très bon gout : beaucoup de charme, la cheminée est sublime. Calme absolu, à equidistance de dinard, saint malo, dinan....parfait ! Le propriétaire étant le reflet de la maison !
