Welcome to Myrtle Trace located in lovely Venice Florida where the downtown is picture perfect and the beaches are close at hand. The two bedroom, two full bath condo is situated under a canopy of Oak trees with lovely views of the lake and a three minute walk to the pool. The galley kitchen has been updated with cabinetry and countertops. It opens to a formal dining area on one end and a casual breakfast area on the other. Spectacular sunrises can be enjoyed from most rooms. The oversized lanai has been incorporated into the a/c living space creating a wall of windows to enjoy the lake view.

Peaceful, calming retreat with amazing water view

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! After long, stressful days working in the area, we found this to be the perfect place to relax and get a great nights sleep. The bed in the spacious master suite is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking and dining while enjoying the fabulous view. Everything is super clean and the manager could not have been nicer or more helpful. Lovely VRBO experience!

Great condo in a great location!

The condo is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Patrice was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The condo was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. I definitely recommend this property !!!
