This VRBO is in great location 10-15 min walk to beach and downtown. It had a superbly stocked kitchen and good layout. Beds were very comfortable and communication was wonderful. We would book this place again.
The property was exactly as described if not better. The location is great and walking into Charlevoix is very convenient. I would definitely stay at this property again.
What a fabulous experience!! Great communication. House is adorable. VERY convenient to town (walkable). Such a great town to visit!! We will be back!!
Loved the location and the property. Found the kitchen to be particularly well stocked and all appliances were new. Was a the perfect size for our group of 4x adults and 2x kids. Would stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Great organized kitchen. The home was near and clean. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to town and beach. We will definitely rent this home again.

Great tenants would love to have them back. Followed all house rules and left our home clean and tidy. Thank you so much for choosing Resort Rentals North. Please consider us for your future travels.
Check in and booking was incredibly easy, the owners were so easy to connect with, and the property was beautiful and clean. Perfect location to walk to everything downtown. The driveway is incredibly narrow, so be mindful that you will need to park on the street if you have multiple vehicles, but this is not the owners fault - just be mindful of that :) we would definitely stay here again, it was a great experience!
This house was perfect for our long weekend for a family wedding. It was very clean, great space, and close to downtown and other places we needed! We would stay again if we came back to this area!
Short walk to downtown. Adorable and comfortable home. Driveway is very narrow but no problem to park on the street. Quick drive to Castle farms. Very quiet neighborhood.
Super cute. Very clean house. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Great location to downtown as well as proximity to ski slopes. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic guests, would absolutely recommend them. Tough weekend for all our guests with sl the snow.
Good location, 10 minute walk to town and to Lake Michigan beach. Kitchen was very well stocked, with all spices, coffee and plentiful cookware. The biggest and most important downsides were the beds and the couch. Every bed and its pillows were very uncomfortable and felt cheap. The couch was not a good place to relax at all, it was so hard. Could not open windows in 1 upstairs bedroom and the other window was filled with moss. Additional mirrors upstairs would be very helpful, with only 1 bathroom for 4 people. I have paid similar prices for similar places in Charlevouix and did not have the same experience.
This property was perfect for our weekend in Charlevoix for a wedding at Castle Farms. The home has 2 1/2 baths which was hard to find and necessary for 6 people. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The location is perfect for walking to breakfast, the water and the shops. We would definitely stay here again.
Rental was perfect for family visiting from out of state. Upstairs did not have central air as description stated. Driveway needs widening to be able to get two vehicles off sidewalk.
The inside of the house was beautiful. The outside needed a good power wash to get rid of the spiders and tree crud. Neighbors are not happy (unfriendly, semi hostile signs around) having a VRBO home - we only had 2 cars - were there for a wedding - no late nights etc.
Beautiful home and everything we where looking for. It is on a quiet street close to so much. Loved that they had a bedroom on the main floor which was really nice for my grandma. House was perfect sized and you didnt feel as if you were on top of each other. Lets not forget to talk about the Kitchen! Fully equipped with every utensil, pot and pans, cups that you can think of and they where good pan that your eggs don't stick too. It was a short visit and can see a rebooking in the near future
The location was great for our 4 day stay; easy walk to town and our friends. A well appointed kitchen with new appliances and a nice coffee bar, nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Nice covered front porch to linger on and a hard lid gazebo in the back yard on a concrete slab. Also a nice, very clean gas grill for barbecuing. Not a big yard, but pet friendly for our 1 dog. Unfortunately our timing wasn’t right and the very long grass was not mowed when we arrived, it got mowed on the day we left and the landscaping was in need of some attention. We are outdoors people and attention to the landscape would have made the stay more enjoyable. Over all - we would book the home again.
The property was very clean and updated. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. The only issue we had was the driveway was VERY narrow!! We could NOT fit any of our vehicles on it. (One full size truck and one 67 chevy impala) There was stakes in the grass on the side of the driveway, and the neighbor was VERY explicit about NOT crossing them and so we had to park in the street,
A nice house in our favorite neighborhood of Charlevoix, close to everything. It was clean and well-appointed, with all the basics, and a smooth check-in and check-out procedure. All the appliances worked well. The only gripe we had was with one of the bedrooms. When it got hot, like into the 80's as is common in the Midwest summer, one of the upstairs rooms was uninhabitable. We're not a heat-tolerant family, and we had to move one of the mattresses into the living room in order to sleep. The other upstairs room has a window unit and was comfortable, and the whole downstairs got a lot better central air treatment and was great.
Unit was well stocked - numerous outlets and charging ports - cleaning supplies provided appreciated that.Great LG gas range with self cleaning oven feature.Washer and dryer were new and easy to use. Darling property, super comfortable for a family and close to town. Beds and couch were more than gently used.Bathrooms and refrigerator were clean upon arrival, property could’ve used a good dusting, overall did not detract from our enjoyment of the property.
Beautiful place close to downtown restaurants and shops. Clean and master on first floor which is nice for older folks. Kitchen well stocked and lovely. Thanks!
We stay in town every year. This pet friendly house was well located for walks into town. We enjoyed the space as our son and family chose to join us for some of the time. The barbeque, kitchen amenities and outside patio space worked well. A new, good working washer and dryer a bonus after days at the beach. Upstairs temps were a bit warm even with the window air and the upstairs beds were less than comfortable. Still, the shared space with family worked. Management communication was good and earlier check in was very much appreciated. Thank you.......
