With three private bedroom suites, a lagoon-view pool, separate den/media room, and generous open living spaces, 4 Scaup Court offers an exceptional combination of beach proximity, privacy, and comfort.

THE SETTING: From 4 Scaup Court, a day at the beach can be as spontaneous as you'd like. Head out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive, and you'll have your toes in the sand in less than two minutes. Back at the house, the private pool overlooks a peaceful lagoon, providing a completely different setting for afternoons at home. South Beach Marina Village is less than five minutes away by bike for dining, shopping, watersports, and sunset visits to the Salty Dog.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, couples traveling together, and friends looking for exceptional beach access without sacrificing space or privacy. Each of the home's three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, while the primary suite's separate den/media room provides an additional place to relax away from the main living area.

WHAT GUESTS LOVE MOST: Guests love having two distinctly different ways to enjoy the outdoors—the beach just across South Sea Pines Drive and a private pool overlooking the lagoon back at home. Inside, the open living, dining, and kitchen areas make gathering together easy, while the separate den/media room gives the group another comfortable place for movies, reading, or a little quiet time. Three ensuite bedrooms are another favorite feature, giving every guest convenient private accommodations.

POOL: The private pool overlooks the lagoon, creating a peaceful place to relax after a morning on the beach. Spend the afternoon swimming, settle in poolside with a book, or fire up the gas grill for dinner while enjoying the water view. Electric pool heat is available during select cooler months.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 8 comfortably. 1 King bed // 2 Queen beds // 2 Twin beds. Three spacious bedrooms each feature a private ensuite bathroom, offering excellent flexibility and privacy for families and friends traveling together. The primary suite also includes its own separate den/media room. Luxury BESTNEST linens and comfortable bedding throughout provide an inviting place to recharge after a day at the beach.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The open, airy kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a bar area, and ample space for preparing meals throughout your stay. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, plentiful glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and abundant kitchen essentials make everything from breakfast before the beach to dinner at home easy. The adjoining dining and kitchen areas offer seating for nine.

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: Third-row beach location, private lagoon-view pool, three ensuite bedrooms, separate den/media room adjoining the primary suite, open-concept living and dining areas, five televisions, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, stainless steel kitchen appliances, gas grill with continuous propane service, full-size washer and dryer, generous parking, large garage, decorative fireplace, and quick bike access to South Beach Marina Village. Please note that the indoor fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.

PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Please inquire with any questions regarding your dog.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Less than a two-minute walk. Head out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive, and you'll have your toes in the sand just moments later.

POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated electrically for an additional fee of $150 for the first day and $50 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Electric pool heat is economical but may be less effective during the coldest months of the year. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
