Quiet villa with swimming pool and lush vegetation
Villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, Two large bedrooms of 25 m2 each in the house, the third in a small adjoining house on the same property. 3 bathrooms with wc and showers. Large living room with American kitchen, all doing 70 square meters. 8m x 4m infinity pool. Maid and caretaker on site. In the garden of fruit trees, mango and lemon trees, as well as a large Baobab tree
The villa is located in Saly Joseph near the Djambars Institute, 10 minutes from the sea. Shops nearby. To go to town, a motorcycle taxi station is located 200 meters from the villa. Security is provided by a guard who lives on site. A cleaning lady comes every day to do the cleaning.
