LEFT BANK – In a secure residence on the 1st line "Le Frédéric Mistral", with a private and numbered parking, access to the beach without road to cross.
On the 4th floor with elevator, p3 crossing of 70m² Sea view consisting of a large bright living room with television and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 burner gas hob) with central island, all overlooking a terrace of 8m² facing south-west with magnificent view over the gardens over the sea. A bedroom with a double bed in 140cm and a balcony of 2m². The 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds in 90cm and 2 extra beds in 90cm. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. Furnished and equipped for 6 people.
100m from the seaquarium and 800m from the main street of the city centre. Many activities are offered to you at the grau of the king and its surroundings.
