Semi detached 1-room villa with gallery. Garden furniture. Allocated space parking in the residence. 4 people maxi. Pets not allowed.

Ground floor : living room (sofa, german, english and french TV ) with kitchen area (3 hot plates, oven, micro wave, deep freezer) 1 shower room, toilet and washing machine.
Gallery : 1 double bed with 2 single matresses (2x80x190), 2 single beds (85x190).

Ten miles from the town of Narbonne, the popular family seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage has 3 miles of clean sandy beaches, a marina and sailing school. It is an environment full of natural areas for visits. The seaside holiday-spot of Narbonne Plage is sheltered by the soaring cliffs of the La Clape massif which overlook the resort.
Each house has its allocated space parking. You can benefit the SWIMMING POOL of the residence from about june 15th until september 15th.
