Beautiful 40 m2 ground floor apartment completely renovated in 2018 with a large 19 m2 terrace and an adjoining shaded parking space of 28 m2. Ideal for a relaxing and sunny holiday
The kitchen is fully equipped, induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
Bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine. An outdoor solar shower for your return from the beach which is only 100 meters away.
Palavas town center is 150 meters from your accommodation.
Possibility of end of stay cleaning 60 euros,
Sheets can be loaned 10 euros / bed, bathroom towels 5 euros / person for the stay.

Sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung! Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man ist in 5 min am Strand, der sehr schön ist. In 5 min in die andere Richtung ist man direkt im Zentrum der kleinen Stadt, am Kanal, an dem sich das Leben abspielt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt nichts! Die Klimaanlage war in heißen Nächten sehr angenehm. Die große Terrasse mit den Sonnensegeln ist toll. Nach dem Strand ist die Aussendusche prima.

Cyril ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die frühe Abfahrt war problemlos. Das Appartement ist günstig gelegen. Nähe Strand, Nähe Innenstadt mit allen Restaurants und Geschäften.Den hohen Esstisch mit den Hockern fanden wir etwas unbequem. Würde ich gegen einen normal hohen Tisch austauschen.

Proche du centre et de la plage

Nous avons passé de belles vacances. Cependant, il manque un lit de voyage pour bébé et des moustiquaires. Il y avait une quantité de moustiques, à tel point que nous n'avons pas pu bien profiter de la terrasse.

Je suis ravi Veronique que votre séjour se soit bien passé cependant je me permet de revenir sur vos remarques. Le lit de voyage pour bébé n’est pas manquant, je vous ai prévenu par message que celui-ci ne fait pas parti des équipements de l’appartement avant votre arrivée. Concernant les moustiques comme vous l’indiquez c’est un problème à l’extérieur certains jours comme partout dans la région, toutefois des lotions ou les spirales permettent de les faire fuir et de profiter des espaces extérieurs. À l’intérieur il n’y a pas de moustique car la climatisation les fait fuir de plus une prise anti moustique est fourni et elle les éloignent également donc installer des moustiquaires est inutile.

Emplacement idéal, appartement très bien équipé et propre, correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Très bon contact avec l'hôte, même si nous n'avons communiqué que par SMS ( il restait disponible si besoin). La place de parking est un grand plus. En résumé : je pense que nous reviendrons!

Une semaime dans la location de Cyril, égale des vacances très réussis. L emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces tout en étant au calme. L appartement est très bien équipé et la grande terrasse juste top. Et le plus la place de stationnement dans la cour, car tous les emplacements sont payant à Palavas et difficile de se garer en pleine saison. Allez y les yeux fermés. VALERIE
