Summer Beach House close to Narragansett Beaches - Beach passes included

This is a wonderful beach house with plenty of room for everyone in your group. Four queen size beds, 2 twin beds, five bedrooms, two and a half baths. Great for family vacations, weekend getaways, or golf getaways. Close to restaurants, golf courses, beaches, Block Island Ferry, and Newport. Hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower, deck overlooking beautiful fenced in yard, plenty of off-road parking, and central air.

The space

Our house has central air, an enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower, washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, outdoor grill, furnished deck, cable, 3 tv's, and wireless internet.

This house was a great size and layout for our family. The neighborhood is nice for walking and we were close to a few of our favorites, Baron’s ice cream and Fuel. Our communication with the owners was very easy and we enjoyed our week here.

Nice property.

My family and a friend enjoyed our stay at your home. There was plenty of room for all of us, plus the family dog. The kitchen area was a little tight for us, since we do quite a bit of cooking when we return from our days at the beach. Sometimes the 8 mile ride to beach took more than 20 minutes, considering all the traffic. The back yard had plenty of room for tossing a baseball, which my grandson loved. The kids also enjoyed the downstairs rooms, which gave them the privacy they want. The house was clean with plenty of dishes and cookware. However, we were surprised to find a Keurig coffee maker. All in all, everything was great and we would rent this property again.

Bonnet Shores

House was clean, we loved being able to bring our little dog and the neighborhood is perfect for early morning walks. Kelly beach is perfect and easy for the kids to walk to. The outdoor shower was wonderful. A suggestion, some outdoor games for the kids would be nice, but we’ll probably bring our own next time just to be safe :) Thank you!

Careful when you take shower or you will be charged with extra

The reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 star is that the overall condition of the house is OK and the location is good. But if you want to take shower, you must be very very very cautious. The old shower system upstairs will let water flow to the downstairs and then the host will charge you 400 to just clean one tile. If you still want to book this property, please only use the downstairs shower or the shower outside the house.

To clarify there is not an old shower system anywhere in the house you neglected to mention you flooded the bathroom upon checkout and caused extensive water damage to house. VRBO approved owners keeping security deposit due to the extensive water damage caused during your stay. We have had years of renters staying in our well kept house in the summer and never an issue. Additionally, to clarify house does not have a downstairs shower all the showers are upstairs.

great location in Narragannsett

Great Location to beach and access. House had great Kitchen and cooking pans and utensils and plenty of plates and glasses etc. Nice Weber grill and all bedrooms had light darkening shades and bathrooms had night lights. Full sized washer and dryer in separate laundry room. Garage made it easy to store our bikes and golf clubs overnight.
