Beautiful house with a private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 8 people.

Outdoor area with private swimming pool (8x4m), barbecue and a large shaded terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals. Open-air parking for two cars.

Interior area with dining room with television and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Yes, you can enjoy meals as if you were at home! It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm), 3 bedrooms with two single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.

Optional portable electric heaters with supplement: €50/week (must be requested before the day of arrival).

Free WiFi.

- Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by bank transfer.



Group bookings for young people accepted only upon prior request.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair



Regulations and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Alojamiento bien ubicado pero con detalles importantes a mejorar

La vivienda está muy bien ubicada y es espaciosa, ideal para grupos grandes o familias, pero hay dos cuestiones importantes a tener en cuenta. En primer lugar, debes recoger y devolver las llaves en la oficina, lo cual no es muy cómodo, especialmente después de un largo viaje, ya que la oficina no está precisamente cerca. Además, aunque compres las sábanas, no te las colocan; te dejan una bolsa con ellas y tienes que hacerte las camas tú mismo. También te piden que devuelvas las sábanas a la oficina al final de la estancia. Además, éramos 8 adultos y solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico para todos. Por último, no proporcionaron jabón para la limpieza; solo había un pequeño para las manos y ni una pastilla para el lavavajillas. Estas cuestiones hacen que la experiencia sea menos cómoda y relajante de lo esperado.

Mooi huis met voldoende slaapkamers, goede bedden, mooie douchegelegenheid. Leuk zwembad om in door te brengen en ook de logbedden zijn lekker.

Séjour très agréable et voisin très calme. Il y’avait quasi tout le nécessaire dans la maison. Petits bémols : aller récupérer les clés en agence - pas de réelle armoire dans les chambre mais des penderies - aucuns rangements dans les salles de bains mêmes pas de porte vêtement. Gros bémol : invasion de fourmis dès que vous laisser traîner de la nourriture 5 min . La villa est tout de même très agréable et les environs sont top

Superbe séjour dans villa sans vis à vis

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour de 15 jours dans la villa avec piscine . La région est superbe le top pour alternée visite et piscine . La villa est à 40 minute de Barcelone et 1h30 de Port Aventura Super pour Les adepte des sensations en famille . Seul point à améliorer sur la villa la sécurité de la piscine , à aujourd'hui il y a pas de barrière ni de détecteur de chute. Sinon la villa et super bien positionné dans un quartier résidentiel sans vis à vis direct donc vous pouvez bronze et profite de la piscine sans regard . Nous recommandons cette location 👍

Top,gerne wieder.Einziges Manko wäre vielleicht das der Pool nur einmal in der Woche gereinigt wird und das man leider den Gästen nicht zutraut dies selber zu machen.Weil die erforderlichen Geräte verschlossen sind.
