The pavilion is located in the heart of the Ardilouse golf course, between Lake Moutchic and the beaches of the Ocean (accessible by cycle paths). 7 minutes (2km) from the beach and shops, not overlooked and overlooking the pine forest, it is located in a pedestrian residence without a swimming pool. Pavilion of 40m² fully equipped with a terrace (south west exposure) and a private parking space.
The pavilion is made up of:
upstairs: 2 bedrooms + bathroom / WC;
on the ground floor: a main room with fitted kitchen (fridge, 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sink), 1 sofa, 1 armchair, 1 dresser, 1 wardrobe, 1 sideboard and 1 TV. Terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
Internet access and 2 adult bikes are available
Rentals are exclusively bookable from Sunday to Sunday

Sarah est très aimable et à tout fait pour nous être agréable. Logement propre et fonctionnel, à mi chemin du lac et de l’ocean à proximité des pistes cyclables, donc pratique... et cela d’autant plus que deux vélos sont mis à disposition. La maison est jumelée d’un côté, donc proximité avec les voisins au niveau de l’extérieur. Ce fut peu gênant au final, et calme dans l’ensemble. Bref, un bon séjour !
