OK but the outside was not maintained well

The inside of the property was well equipped and reasonably clean, however there was a persistent smell of drains. The hallway flooded when it rained because the outside drains were blocked with debris. The site where the house is situated isn't particularly well maintained.

Satisfait que que vous ayez apprécié dans l’ensemble votre séjour à Lacanau, océan et que vous ayez trouvé la maison bien équipée. Je suis désolé que vous ayez trouvé le site, pas trop bien entretenu. Il s’avère que avant votre arrivée, nous avons subi de grosses intempéries. Beaucoup d’aiguilles de pin et de petites branches sont tombées au sol et l’entreprise a dégagé les accès principaux et les sentiers en priorité. Quant aux remontées d’odeur, plusieurs voisins ont signalé ce problème qui était dû principalement aux fortes pluies.

Une agréable petite maison, bien entretenue, ouverte sur la pinède du domaine. Ideale pour laisser les enfants faire une cabane sans les quitter de vue. Aucun moustique. La piscine est super, avec un bassin pour les tout petits.

Agréable sejour

Beau village de vacances, très calme, ambiance familiale. Maison comfortable dans une pinède entourée par un golf. L’atmosphère est tres décontractée. La piscine est plaisante et pas trop fréquentée. La possibilité d’un réseau wifi serait appréciable néanmoins. Merci à mr Legac pour son accueil !

Location conforme au descriptif et aux photos, nous avons reçu un bon accueil de Mr Le Gac et rien ne nous a manqué si ce n'est un peu de soleil ce qui nous a empêché de profiter pleinement, de la terrasse en particulier. Nous retiendrons la propreté et le bon état des équipements, en particulier de la literie car ce n'est pas toujours le cas en locations saisonnières . La piscine était agréable et propre . Bon séjour .

Lacanau

La maison est totalement conforme aux photos et l'on s'y sent bien ! Un havre de paix au milieu des pins, vous pourrez apercevoir des écureuils au petit déjeuner ! La piscine est très agréable, le domaine très proche des plages et du centre ville. Cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires sont charmants. Merci encore à eux de leur accueil.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus, in dem wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben, war einfach wunderbar. Es war ein schönes weißes Haus mit viel Charme und Charakter. Die Einrichtung war gemütlich und komfortabel, und es gab alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Das Haus hatte eine schöne Terrasse , in dem wir die warmen Sommertage genießen konnten. Es gab auch eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, auf der wir unsere Mahlzeiten im Freien einnehmen konnten. Die Umgebung war ruhig und friedlich, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. In der Anlage gab es auch einen tollen Pool, den man als mieter mitbenutzen kann. Die Lage des houses war ideal. Es lag in einem malerischen Landschaft ( Waldgebiet) mit einer atemberaubenden Anlage. Es gab viele Fahrradwege in der Nähe, die wir erkunden konnten. Außerdem waren wir nur eine kurze Autofahrt/ Fahrradfahrt von der Innenstadt und den Stränden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Sie gaben uns Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sie sorgten auch dafür, dass das Haus sauber und ordentlich war, als wir ankamen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Haus einfach perfekt ( Familie 3 Kinder) . Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und dieses Haus jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer charmanten Umgebung sucht.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub. Den Pool in der Anlage haben unsere Kinder sehr genossen. Das Meer oder auch der See waren sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Auf der anlage gibt es einen Fahrradverleih wir hatten alleridings unsere eigenen Räder dabei. Ein SPielplatz, Fussballplatz sowie ein Beachvolleyballfeld sind auf der Anlage verfügbar. Der Vermieter ist sher nett gewesen und hat uns alles ausführlich auf englisch erklärt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Toller Gastgeber, super Lage, schöne Anlage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Für vier Personen ist es vom Platz knapp, aber für den Urlaub absolut ausreichend. In der Küche kann beispielsweise nur eine Person werkeln. Equipment ist vorhanden. Der Ferienpark ist sehr schön angelegt. Nach Lacaau Ocean sind es ca. 2,5 km. Der nächstgelegene Bäcker (Boulangerie) liegt Richtig Central an der ersten Pizzeria auf der rechten Seite. Hin und wieder gibt es einen Foodtruck im Ferienpark. Das wird leider etwas schlecht kommuniziert und ist daher eher für spontan. Es gibt in dem Haus kein WLAN. Ist für die Onlinerecherche manchmal etwas schwierig. In Lacanau Ocean muss man quasi überall das parken bezahlen (bis 20.00 Uhr). Tatsächlich auch am Supermarkt. Ausnahme ist in Lacanau Stadt. Hier gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Die Auswahl ist super, die Entfernung beträgt allerdings 13km. Lohnt sich für den Großeinkauf. Uns hat der Nordstrand persönlich am besten gefallen. Parken kostet hier für den gesamten Tag 3,5 Euro, es gibt eine Toilette auf dem Weg und einen Essensstand (preislich vollkommen ok) sowie eine Surfschule. Der Strand wird wie überall von den Lifeguards überwacht. Der Kontakt mit unserm Gastgeber war spitze. Es gibt von unserer Seite gar nichts zu bemängeln. Zur Info, es besteht die Möglichkeit Handtücher und Bettbezüge mit zu bestellen. Außerdem hat uns unser Gastgeber auch eine Endreinigung angeboten. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Ferien im Wald und an der See

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem Pinienwald. Die Südterrasse ist schön schattig, am Abend kann man die Sonne in der Ferne untergehen sehen. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Terrasse, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und kleiner Küche. Oben die Schlafräume und sogar ein Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Dazu trägt natürlich der Pool und der Brötchenservice bei und auch die Food-Trucks. Von der Anlage aus kann man sehr gut in ca. 20 min. mit dem Rad (wir hatten e-bikes) auf super Fahrradwegen zum Strand fahren.

Super séjour au domaine du golf à Lacanau Océan

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Henri. La maison est fonctionnelle et idéalement placée au sein de Lacanau Océan. Henri est un super hôte et nous a accueilli admirablement et très bien conseillé sur les activités. Nous avons pu louer des vélos sur place au sein du domaine chez Byci-Cool et avons pu profiter de l'espace piscine chaque jour qui est agréable.

Superbes vacances

Des vacances très réussies grâce au logement: dans une résidence ultra agréable (nous étions hors saison donc personne!), la piscine très propre et chaude, la vue de la terrasse sur la pinède très agréable, le loueur de vélo sur place. La maison était nickel, bien pensée, très bien équipée pour bébé, bien située et le propriétaire nous a accueillit et partagé toutes les astuces de la maison et des environs. Mille mercis pour ces vacances très réussies nous reviendrons!

Accueil chaleureux

Logement correspondant en tout point au descriptif. Résidence propre avec accès à piscine très agréable. Service de food truck bien appréciable qd vous n’avez pas le courage de faire à manger. Accès proche océan et lac: en vélo. Et très bon accueil de la part de l’hôte. Pas de commentaire sur lacanau océan: station que nous adorons toujours autant depuis 20ans.
