We had a wonderful stay in the villa! There was plenty of room for us all and everything you needed was provided. The outside area is fantastic, beautiful warm pool with lots of seating/sun loungers for everyone. We loved the spa and it was thoroughly enjoyed after a long tiring day at the parks. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Great Family Vacation

We were impressed by the size, how clean the home was and the setting with the pool was fantastic. Close to Disney Parks and handy to restaurants and shopping plazas. Will recommend home to others!

Lovely villa ,

Great space for our family of adults and teens. We felt very safe in this area , it was very quiet and peaceful. Super comfy sofa and loved the pool. Lots of kitchen eqipment and towels. Fridge is plumbed in for water and ice ( we didnt realise and bought these )

Our Florida Adventure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. It was home from home with everything we could of needed and more! Every room was clean, tidy and spacious with lots of room for all 9 of us. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool with beautiful surroundings and we hope to visit again someday! Thank you.

The Prefect House

This house was everything we needed for a perfect relaxing vacation. It was well stocked with everything we needed to entertain our teenagers and still relax. I can not think of one thing that would have made this better. Thank you

Christmas Vacation

The house was big enough to host our various family members duri g our stay. The heated pool was a big plus. It has everything you would need for your stay and more. The one downside was the hot tub. We were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub (expecially after a long day at the parks) but the water never got much warmer than the pool water. The layout was great and the sectional was everyone's favorite spot to relax.

Great home with lots of space!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of open space and bedrooms. The entire house was well appointed and we all felt right at home. The owner is easy to contact and very prompt. We just loved the sunsets and privacy of the backyard. It was exactly what we hoped it would be! Early in our stay we all agreed we would love to come back again to this home. It was sad to leave, but we had great memories! Thanks for your hospitality! All the best!

Wonderful Stay

This was a wonderful stay for our family. It was an easy drive back and forth to the Disney parks. It felt like our own private oasis in a quiet neighborhood. It gave us the space to hang out and reconnect when we weren’t enjoying Disney. We have adult children and a 16 yo. The rooms were spacious and private. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, playing chess, pool, ping pong, and cooking in the large, spacious kitchen. The owners responded immediately with a few questions and couldn’t have been any nicer. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

10th Hole!

We had a blast at this property. Everything was perfect. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again! My brother-in-law loved being right on the golf course! He golfed 4 times that week and loved the golf course being so close and that were able to give him a wave when he came by. It was also nice when my 8 year old went golfing and was done after the front nine! A quick drop off an he was ready for a swim!!

Summer vacation

I enjoyed my stay at your home although I had an issue with the room next to the pool on the side of the pool filter which was a noisy and sliding doors screens were hard to open and would slide out of track a bit. I did not see a pool person come clean the pool during my stay which I found weird as I’ve rented homes before in this area where they come at least once during my stay. The washer and dryer sure took long cycles to complete. And lastly, we also experienced a person walking her dog behind the empty home next to this rental which was a bit shocking and unexpected due to the quietness of the neighborhood.

FANTASTIC HOME!

This was a perfect Orlando get-a-way home for my family of 4! There was plenty of room in the house, including a large kitchen/living room, a large master suite, 4 other nice sized rooms, 3 full bathrooms, a pool table, and ping-pong in the garage (just like the pictures of the house show). The pool/hot tub was perfect for spending the day playing and splashing. When looking at other properties, I was worried about the pool being a small "wading pool" but this pool was large enough (and warm enough!) for the 4 of us. My son and daughter (ages 11 and 10) spent hours in the pool. We brought goggles, diving toys, a inflatable basketball hoop and a beach ball to use! There is plenty of room to lounge out by the pool as well. We ate every dinner outside by the pool and enjoyed evening soaks in the hot tub. The neighborhood is gorgous, peaceful and quiet, with very friendly neighbors. People are constantly walking or jogging through the neighborhood and there is a feeling of community. There is a grocery store within walking distance and we also took advantage of grocery delivery through Instacart. Even though the houses are close to each other, the backyard and pool was very private, with only the occational golfer driving by. It took about 35 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom, 30 to get to Animal Kingdom and about 35 to and from Orlando Airport. The owners responded immediately to our questions both before and during our stay. Donnatta was extremely friendly and helpful! If we are vacationing in the Orlando area again we will not hesitate to book this house again! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you for a fantastic family vacation!

After staying in Florida several times in different villas, I must say that this villa is the best I've stayed in. Kelly was an excellent host and answered any questions we had. The villa is absolutely beautiful and is presented just how to pictures show. Everything was a 10/10.I would most defiantly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to Florida.

The location of the house was a nice short distance to the theme parks. We enjoyed the house and spent a lot of time in the pool. The house had everything we needed including a baby bed and high chair for my grand baby.

Wonderful Property

As soon as we arrived the house looked just like it did in the pictures. We had the best time and in fact the kids wanted to stay at the house for pool days rather than go on excursions. We basically lived outside. The extended patio was perfect for dining and game playing, even in the pouring down rain. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! Absolutely the best vacation and we will be back for sure.

All the comforts of home

The house was nice, very clean, spacious and great location. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Very disappointed with the spa. Seemed to have some glitches certainly not the homeowners fault. We book these houses primarily for the spa and was disappointed that it wasn’t functioning properly during our stay. Homeowners were in contact and stated they called for repairs.

Family vacation to Parks

Property was just as it looks in the pictures. It had the perfect accommodations for our family. I did select this property because of the pool and the “spa”. My grandkids LOVE to swim and we had planned on swimming and hanging around the pool. I called 2 days b4 arrival to verify it would be heated, but heater never worked. I did get my pool heating charge refunded. Also, apparently there is a difference between a hot tub and a “spa”. The”spa” was a little warmer. To be fair, the evenings were cooler, but felt there should have been something staying pool may not be useable in December or perhaps better maintenance with the pool. I did notice other Guests had commented they had problems after I had booked. Owners were very quick to respond to calls. Just disappointing.

Why they chose this property

We love the extended pool deck with the raised deck behind the pool to watch the golfers from our lounge chairs!! This is our second villa in Highlands Reserve with the same layout but awesome views.

What makes this property unique

Villa is all one level - no stairs to carry luggage, no neighbors on the back or side of the pool - very private. Close to Orlando entertainment but also 60-90 minutes to beaches - coastal or gulf side.
