• Home sleeps up to 15 with a maximum of 12 adults
• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

The absolutely stunning Park Avenue Villa in Cayucos is the spot for your dream vacation. This is simply the best vacation rental you will ever stay in; you will never want to leave!

Enter the home through the centrally located front gates into the private entry courtyard. Follow the stairs up to the top level and through the grand front doors- you’ll immediately be taken aback by the panoramic coastline views.

The home offers two levels of incredible indoor and outdoor living spaces. The upstairs living, dining, and kitchen areas open to the deck offering a space to dine and enjoy the spectacular central coast sunsets. The deck has stairs leading up to the rooftop deck which is perched high above the quiet surfer town.

Featuring 5 bedrooms, an expansive living room, bonus room, movie theater and garage game room, there is plenty of space for your group to spend time together or apart. The home theater features multi-level seating and offers a space to make unforgettable memories watching your favorite movies. Custom wood features throughout the home were all hand crafted by the original homeowner adding a touch of elegance to this lovely home.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• The Big Sur Suite- Master bedroom located upstairs features a Cal King size bed, fireplace, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with step in shower
• The Santa Cruz Suite is located upstairs off living room features 2 twin size beds, wrap-around balcony access and has an attached Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bathtub and sink (there is no toilet in this bathroom but a half bath is just outside this bedroom).
• The Santa Barbara suite is downstairs has a Queen size bed and a twin sized day bed, en suite full bathroom, wrap-around balcony access and a flat screen TV with a Roku.
• The Carmel Suite is downstairs between third bedroom and bonus room features a Cal King size bed and en suite full bathroom, wrap-around balcony access with some limited ocean views and a flat screen TV with a Roku.
• The Ventura Suite is downstairs next to game room and closest to theater. This suite features a Cal King size bed, ensuite full bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower, wrap-around balcony access and a flat screen TV.
• The Bonus Room serves as a second living room with cozy seating, large flat screen TV, wrap-around balcony access and a queen-size fold out sofa bed.
• The Theater Room offers a large flat screen TV, surround sound, comfy theater seating, bean bag chairs and a queen-size fold out sofa bed.
• The Garage Game Room includes a pool table with convertible ping pong table top and a dining set to seat 8.

Please note: Guests will have access to the street/ground level and the second/upper level of the home, only accessible via the courtyard stairs. The basement level is not available for guest use. This house and the views from the wraparound deck are stunning. There is plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable when traveling with a large party, and the theater room and game room were big hits with our party. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.Can’t wait to come back to Cayucos and stay here again!

We had a great time at the beach house. It’s quite close to the beach and quiet. The house is clean and plenty of space for our big family get together. We had 9 adults and 5 kids and enjoyed our stay. The house is within walking distances to many restaurants and shops. Plenty of trails nearby as well. I’d recommend this place.

Our Favorite Place!

This is my family’s second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The team at BNB getaways is so helpful and responsive. The house was perfectly clean, well equipped and thoughtfully designed. They even added some improvements since we visited a couple years ago. Cayucos is such a special place for our family and we are thankful we found this beautiful house to stay in when we visit!! :)

Perfect beachside multigenerational getaway

The property is ideally situated for beach and town access. Even in busy season, one could walk to grocery store, retsaurant, surfing and beaches. The house is very quiet and comfortable and the kitchen is excellent for large groups. The game garage was fun for a family ping pong tournament. Ample shades and skylights kept the main room comfortably cool. Although nothing major arose, the property managers were very reponsive.

Room to Roam

We stayed here with extended family for a wedding in town. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and the kids were entertained the entire time between the boogie boards, game room and theater. We did have one elderly family member with us that had a heard time with the stairs. The kitchen and main living area are on the second floor and the elevator was out of service so that was a little bit of a challenge but overall this was a great house with plenty of room and within walking distance to the beach, market and restaurants.

Great stay in EPIC Cayucos Home

The house is absolutely wonderful for a large group. The great room has plenty of space, wonderful views, ample kitchen space to prepare food for a huge crowd. The appliances and utensil are top notch, fit for a true chef. the layout of the house with many suites is perfect to provide separation and privacy for 5 couples..and did I mention Jacuzzi tub! The separate living room downstairs allows for more than one activity to happen. Games in one area, food drinks and conversation in another. Movie theatre with awesome sound system made movie night extra special. Too many great things to list them all. No downsides. If we have another large gathering, will definitely return.

Wonderful Family Retreat

Our family of 14 really enjoyed our stay in Cayucos. The house is quite large and everyone found places to congregate together or to isolate for some quiet time. We ate almost all of our meals on the deck overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the media theater in the evening. The kitchen is a cooks dream. It is large enough to accommodate several people at once, the knives are sharp (which is a rarity in rentals), there are 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators, and a large 5 burner stove with a griddle attached, 3 ovens, and a microwave. You also get a view of the ocean while cooking and are still surrounded by your family in the great room. The entire town is walkable. You can eat at a restaurant, shop for foods you forgot to bring at the corner market, and walk to the beach. All in all we had a great time and no one wanted to leave after only 1 week.

Brilliant Home!

For the 10 of us, it was perfect. Our son proposed to his girlfriend of 6 years and we celebrated! The nonstop view out all the windows in the kitchen and great room was spectacular. Our only challenge for a couple of days was getting the home theater room technology to work. We found it with a cable disconnected from the TV and quickly found the port it was to be plugged into. Previous renter must have unplugged it for some reason? One remote was buried in the couch and found on day three…and still, then we couldn’t get the sound to work. Pushing enough buttons repeatedly finally somehow got the sound working, so our final night we did enjoy a movie. The theater is amazing with cuddle cozy recliners and comfortable bean bad chairs. I asked the property to write much better directions for operation. Definitely not a power on and it just works kind of set up. We hope to return again before the end of 2024!

Thus was a perfect rental for our family reunion (ages 1-73). Quiet bedrooms downstairs for children, and wonderful large gathering room & kitchen upstairs. The only issue - be prepared to hike upstairs with all the heavy things you bring. Please fix the elevator!!!
