Charming suite a few steps from the Spanish Steps in the heart of the Trident
Located in Via del Corso, at the heart of the historic trident, in the pedestrian area of the large artery that connects Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Venezia, is one step away from the metro, from the parking lot of the Taxi and Bike Rent. Accessed directly from an old door at number 12; within a contemporary design, declined on neutral tones, perfectly harmonized with high-tech solutions. Breakfast is served on the sixth floor on the rooftop terrace of the nearby Hotel Valadier, with an extraordinary view over the roofs and domes; a satisfaction for the palate and eyes before starting the day.

Initially we were given a room that wasn't appropriate for four people. Although they were fully booked they made us while by moving us to a suite. Staff were fantastic and accommodating. Highly recommend this Hotel.
From the moment the we arrived to the time that we left, we felt at home, despite being 5,000 miles from home. The staff helped us get settled into the apartment even though our bags were delayed/lost by the airline and even made calls to update us on the status of our luggage. Everyone was especially nice and willing to provide great recommendations and tips as we explored the city of Rome.
If we are ever in Rome again, we will definitely stay here again. From the location, amazing staff, and proximity to everything, this is a great stay for anyone in Rome.

Moldy smell, no hot tub..ad sayed they have one. Not a suite..but great location.
The room had a funny smell that persisted and smelled moldy. It was not a suite, but rather a hotel room. The amenities stated hot tub. No hot tub there. Great location and great breakfast.
Cute boutique hotel a block from Piazza del Popolo. Our room was small by US standards, but the bathroom was modern and the property was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the piano bar after dinner on two nights. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff was always friendly and accommodating. One downside was the A/C — it wasn’t as strong as we like; keeping the curtains pulled while we were out during the day was very helpful.
We enjoyed staying at this apartment. The room is very spacious, nicely appointed and clean. It is part of a hotel, but is hard to access from the inside of the hotel. You have to walk around the corner to another entry. Unfortunately, the halls and stairs are very dimly lit at this entrance. Once you are inside the apartment though, it is very nice.

Beautiful room and fantastic location
Right in the heart of the city. Just a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The hotel is beautiful and clean. It also included a nice breakfast. The only issue was the check-in/communication. The listing isn't clear this is part of a hotel and the address provided is around the corner from the hotel. Messages weren't answered so we eventually had to call and they sent a person over to bring us to the hotel. I would stay again though.
A detailed review - the hotel is beautiful. It’s in an amazing location and it is a small boutique hotel. It has a unique style and when you come outside it is in the Center of the best shopping in Via Del Corso. I loved the location, I give that 5/5.
The staff was amazing! Anything I had a question about they answered. They set up transportation for me arriving from the airport, to the Colosseum, and also to Roma Termini. The free breakfast was a plus and it was delicious.
The room itself was nice. It was the size of a studio for reference. There is no balcony which I was upset about but there are large windows that open up and you have a view of Via Del Corso. The pictures suggest there is a balcony.
The Cons:
Around day 2, we started smelling a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I reached out to the front desk to make them aware. They said they were sending someone to check it out. Nobody ever came. We managed to open the windows and let the room air out for the remaining time.
It was a bit noisy during the day given the location. It is in the center of a very busy area, so it just took some gettin used to. However, at night it was pretty quiet. You can however hear everything coming from the halls, including doors shutting and people’s conversation.
This part of the hotel is separate from the base part. It was an addition bought by owners. Getting to the room can be tricky. I even got lost at one point. There is however a second entrance to make it easier.

Dear Paige,
we thank you for having shared your detailed review.
I am pleased you enjoyed many details of your stay with us and I hope you will have the chance to visit us again in the future.
Regarding the intervention of the maintenance for the smell, I apologize of course for any kind of inconvenience this might have caused.
What is actually usually done if certain situations were to occur, is put an ozone machine to purify the air. The operation needs to be done when there is nobody in the room and lasts one hour.
We are usually very careful in case of complaints and I am almost positive the above mentioned action was undertaken, even if during your absence of course. i am sorry if it did not totally solve the situation.
As you realized during your stay, the hotel is part of a huge building, which means that sometimes we suffer inconveniences that do not only depend on us.
I hope you will have the chance to visit us again int future and i remind you that we are now refubishing the rooms in the heart of the building. You might want to stay in one of those next time.
Kind regards.

What a great place to stay in Rome. Very close to the subway as well as Spanish steps. We were able to be at any of our desired locations quickly and had a great time. Breakfast was a big plus as well. Overall a great place to stay when going to Rome
We were booked into a hotel that was far from city center by our travel agent. This was a weekend and everything was booked . We were very lucky to find this place that accommodated me and my two teenaged granddaughters . It is associated with an elegant hotel , breakfast included in a lovely rooftop setting . Location is perfect and hotel staff was very helpful . Definitely recommend
