The Frangipane Suite is located in one of Rome’s most exciting areas, just 100 metres from the Forum and the Colosseum, in the heart of the historic centre. This beautiful, bright suite, overlooking the quiet Via Frangipane, is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) in a historic 17th-century building. Fully equipped with every comfort, it features a living area with original exposed beams and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright bedroom with a double bed, overlooking the rooftops of ancient Rome, and a bathroom with a window, a washing machine, a shower, and a heated towel rack. They are equipped with a TV, central heating, air conditioning, a safe, and internet access.<br><br><br><br>A municipal tax of €3.50 per person per night applies (pursuant to Board of Directors Resolution No. 28/29 of July 6, 2010).

This was our first time in Rome and this was a perfect location and Fiammetta was amazing to deal with! We had no problem with early arrival and she thought of absolutely everything you could think of! Lots of stairs to room but most of Rome is like that. Highly recommend!

Super Location

We stayed in the apartment for three weeks in March-April. It's centrally located (200 meters from the Colosseum) and very quiet for such a central location in Rome. The kitchen is fully equipped for two; there are also many restaurants nearby. Monti is an old neighborhood that's being revitalized. We're retired, but we were able to climb the stairs to the attic easily. A very friendly cleaning lady came every week. Fiammetta responded very quickly. We definitely recommend the apartment.

Traditional apartment upstairs with authentic old world feel. Bedroom upstairs (watch your head), bath (Well appointed) and fully stocked kitchen/sitting area downstairs. Snacks and several drinks thoughtfully provided.Coliseum metal detectors ate key but host was able to provide replacement within 30 minutes at additional 50 eu cost - a bit steep for a key but still worth it for the rapid help.Very convenient to Coliseum, Forum and Metro stations.Would definitely recommend!
