Lacking amenites

First, we got locked out the 3rd time we tried to back into the condo, Sugar Sands manager helped us fix the problem. Not too happy with items to use. Only had 6 towels for 4 people, 2 hand towels, 1 dish towel. Did not have any sheets for the pullout bed, which had a very cheap mattress. Showerhead in 2nd bathroom only shoots a stream. Some of the pots/pans were dirty and we had to hand wash before using. And the TV in the 2nd bedroom only had a DVD player, glad we brought a Fire Stick. Had only one dishwasher detergent, and had to save it for the last load when we left. We will not be renting this condo again.
