La seule chose que je trouve dommage c'est que à l'arrivée ont nous demande de verser 100euros pour le ménage en espèce surprise 😲 sinon ont ne pouvait pas rester. Pas un simple petit torchon pour nettoyer la vaisselle etc. Pas de parasol à disposition non plus voilà

Bonjour, Je suis surprise de votre remarque.. Il est bien indiqué à plusieurs reprises dans l'annonce que le ménage est obligatoire, facturé en plus (pour éviter des frais supplémentaires Abritel pour vous) à l'arrivée. Cela est indiqué à nouveau dans le message d'arrivée envoyé 3 jours avant. De même pour le linge, les torchons sont offerts dans la location de linge de lit proposée. Les éponges, lavettes ainsi que tous les produits ménagers sont fournis.....En effet, on ne nous a jamais demandé de parasol, mais tenant compte de votre remarque j'en laisserai un à disposition. J'espère que vous avez pu profiter pleinement de votre séjour en Corse et que vous reviendrez... Je vous souhaite une belle année! Magali

Troviamo la serranda rotta al nostro arrivo mai riparata. Il wc perde acqua e gli ultimi 2 giorni li passiamo a raccoglierla con l'unico straccio della casa. Per il resto stanza matrimoniale piccola, piscina bellissima, casa piuttosto fornita e accogliente. Bel contesto generale

Grazie per la tua valutazione complessivamente positiva. Ci scusiamo per il piccolo inconveniente, infatti abbiamo trovato nuovamente rotto il sedile del water quando è stato cambiato a luglio. Per quanto riguarda la perdita si trattava semplicemente di un bullone da stringere sotto la vasca, si è sistemato in un minuto. Carine era li per rispondere alle tue richieste. Quando hai scelto di portare il bucato, mocio e spugne erano a tua disposizione...

Location

Suite à un dégât d'eau au mois de mars apparemment la moisissure apparente dans les toilettes à notre arrivée mais pas seulement quelques tâches mais le 90Þs murs des toilettes une odeur horribles. Ensuite dérangement par les peintres plus odeurs des peintures (peinture faîte sur l'humidité donc 3 semaines et cest de nouveau la même chose) Contacter la proprietaire ne nous a même pas dédommagé nous ne demandions pas le remboursement mais rien même pas 1 euro alors c'est sûr nous n'y retourneront pas et sllos déconseillé cette résidence.

Bonjour, Effectivement nous avons subi un dégât des eaux en Mars bien indépendamment de notre volonté. Après le passage d'un expert autorisant les travaux, ceux ci ont été réalisés dans leur intégralité fin Mai, afin de permettre aux premiers vacanciers de Juin de profiter de leurs vacances dans des conditions optimales. Le RDC a été refait à neuf. L'artisan a travaillé week-end compris pour que tout soit prêt et sec dans les temps. Malheureusement de l'humidité est ressortie dans les toilettes du RDC (uniquement). Nous ne pouvions l'anticiper. (Un expert est repassé en juillet après votre départ pour vérifier). Pour vous éviter tout désagrément, nous avons refait passer l'artisan pour repeindre. Nous sommes bien désolés que malgré tous nos efforts pour vous apporter satisfaction, les odeurs de peinture vous aient incommodé. Nous surveillons de très prêt et pour l'instant tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Nous espérons que malgré tout vous avez pu profiter des beaux paysages de Corse. Cordialement , Magali
