The space

Sutton Cottage is a beautifully restored Thatched Cottage which retains much of its original Character while also incorporating modern features. A newly refurbished extension to rear with Courtyard and Private enclosed garden creates a bright and airy environment. Open Plan spacious Living and Dining leads on to Family Sun Room.

It has five bedrooms on two levels and facilitates two families holidaying together. Bedroom 3 is on Ground Floor, beside Bathroom with walk in Shower. Suitable for reduced mobility. Additional sofa beds on Gallery over looking second Sitting Room. Bedroom 1 and 2 on First Floor consisting of two double beds. WC and WHB on First Floor.

Enter Sutton Cottage through the Front Door, or side access enclosed garden. Off street car parking for two cars Rear access with extra car parking space.
