Completely renovated in 2018, this apartment overlooking the sea and pool is located on the 1st floor of a residence with swimming pool and tennis. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom and a mezzanine with 2 single beds (to bring closer if necessary to make 1 double bed), a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and separate wc.
The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with WIFI. Deckchairs dedicated to the residence are available to settle comfortably on the beach. Access to tennis is included.

Nous aimons que nos hôtes bénéficient d'un accueil personnalisé par la conciergerie mais pour de prochains séjours, une boîte à clef sera installée afin de permettre une arrivée tardive.

location de grande qualité!
Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines à Pramousquier en famille avec nos 3 enfants âgés de 7, 5 et 1 an, dans cet appartement idéalement situé, tout équipé, et dont la rénovation nous a beaucoup plu.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié:
- la localisation/accès plage et piscine
- la propreté de l'appartement
- l'équipement exhaustif et neuf
- la climatisation qui nous a permis de rafraichir les pièces avec les fenêtres fermées avant de l'éteindre pour dormir
- la douche à l'italienne bien pratique pour doucher nos 3 enfants y compris le plus petit
- l'ambiance de la résidence très sympathique, avec de nombreux enfants.
Nous reviendrions avec plaisir!
