**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**--------Large 2 story house only a few steps from the beach. Features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, beds for 18. Relax on either the upper or lower deck with plenty of high-backed deck chairs. Main level has spacious living area, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of seating and a master bedroom suite with a king size bed. Four other bedrooms are located upstairs -- one bedroom has 1 queen and 1 set of twin/twin bunks; one bedroom has 2 queen size beds; another bedroom has one queen; and the bunk room has a double over double and twin over twin bunks. Flat-screen TVs with satellite connection located in main room and all bedrooms. Ground level features outside bar, bbq pit/gas grill (the propane tank provided may need refill), outside shower and more seating. Now offers HIGH-SPEED INTERNET.

Small pets are allowed with fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Amazing Beach View

Lovely weekend spent with family and friends celebrating Mom's Heavenly Birthday. House was clean, inviting and comfortable. Had 10 adults with room to have 8 more comfortably. Nice porch area with beautiful views. Swede Real Estate was very easy to work with. Would stay again.

Great House/Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at 2 Cool Livin! The location and beach access were very convenient! The beach wasn't too busy when we were there. The house was very clean and nice! I had to call a couple of times for more info and for maintenance and we got quick service. The only con was that they should have been more clear on the room layout for one of the bedrooms. On the bedroom that has 2 queen beds, its not private at all. The room is behind a basically half wall that is open to the upstairs hallway and across the hall from the bunk room. The wall doesn't go all the way up or down and just has a small saloon style swinging door. This was not ideal for my family as we had a baby that slept in there and it was loud. Also note, if you buy the linen package, they drop them off in bags which means all of the beds have to be made. The comforters/decorate pillow cases were there when we arrived and we had to "make" the beds when we left (without linens) which means they were not washed in between guests. I would recommend bringing blankets for the beds and not using the comforters/pillows that already have cases on them that are in the room when you arrive. Other than that we had no complaints. We would definitely stay there again!
