Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully-equipped flat for rent in Rennes, right in the heart of the Mail. Situated on the 2nd floor, it has a floor area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It comprises a fully fitted kitchen, a sitting area, a dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality bed linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Right in the heart of the Mail neighbourhood, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere and zest for life that characterise the area. You’re close to all the amenities you need – supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a 100-metre radius – and the town centre is just a 5-minute walk away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay-and-display car park.

Los utensilios de cocina son pocos y varias cosas en mal estado ( ollas y sartenes estropeadas) tazas rotas, pocas y no adecuadas para microondas, cuchillos rotos. El horno no funcionó: saltaba la llave y no lo arreglaron ni cambiaron , estuvimos 21 días y no pudimos utilizarlo. Ninguna respuesta de aporte para solucionar. Eso fue una decepción. Y además quieren cobrarme las cacerolas que ya estaban en mal estado como que fuera mi responsabilidad. Eso fue una decepción, se ve que no lo administran los dueños. El apartamento es muy lindo, práctico, luminoso, cómodo y lo entregaron razonablemente limpio. Estoy esperando una compensación por los servicios prometidos y no suministrados."

L'Ecrivain "Appartement spacieux dans le centre de Rennes. 🙂 L'appartement est en plein centre de Rennes et on peut tous faire à pied. Les transports en commun sont a une distance raisonnable. L'appartement est assez spacieux et convient bien pour 4 personnes. Pour se garer, il est possible de prendre un abonnement au parking des Lices qui est à 5 minutes à pieds. 🙁 L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas possible en voiture. Le déchargement des bagages sous la pluie, deuxième étage sans ascenseur, n'était pas pratique. La propreté n'était pas parfaite. Peu de vaisselle."

L'Ecrivain "Fantástico 🙂 Apartamento muy céntrico, cómodo y limpio. Nos pudimos coordinar perfectamente con la anfitriona, que fue muy amable enseñándonos todo y resolviendo nuestras dudas. Al apartamento se accede por escaleras hasta un segundo piso. Hay parking cercano donde puedes solicitar un bono semanal, o si sólo estás por la noche en Rennes, puedes aparcar el coche de forma gratuita en la calle (aunque por el día cuesta bastante dinero aparcar en la calle). La cocina muy funcional, con todos los utensilios necesarios. Las habitaciones bien insonorizadas con respecto a los ruidos que pueda haber fuera, y las camas muy cómodas. Para nosotros todo fue perfecto, repetiríamos sin duda aquí."

L'Ecrivain We loved our stay here, the check-in was lovely with Anabelle who was so helpful! The location is amazing so close to the city centre, in a nice area near to the river and lots of bars. The apartment itself was so comfortable and spacious, we would definitely stay again.
