Better than the pictures

The property owner made it very easy, there were allstairs from the parking area to the house but from the house to the lake was flat. Our family had a great time.

Amazing House on Lake Tomahawk

Our family group of 10 stayed for 1 week at the beginning of August. This house was perfect. It had plenty of beds and a ton of space for us to spread out. The house has 2 kitchens and 3 fridges, which was really useful with our big group. We brought our ski boat and jet ski. The dock/ water at the end of the dock was plenty deep to keep it in the water all week. Our nephews fished off the end of the dock with great success. And the owner was wonderful. Theresa answered any questions that we had very quickly and even stopped to check on us. Overall, wonderful week in the amazing house!

Comfortable/Convenient

Very nice well kept property and clean. It had all that we needed and more. Also very comfortable on the lake front and quiet. We enjoyed cooking our meals and making use of the big round table on the outside porch. Beautiful trees and park like grounds to admire during our meals together, plus nice views of Lake Tomahawk. Another porch on the other side of the house was nice for pre meal drinks and snacks. We rented a pontoon boat and explored this very interesting lake and a couple of connecting lakes. Also found a sandbar for swimming on the other side of the lake and to the west. Obvious to find because of other boats anchored at the sandbar. There are about 15 stairs down to the house from the car park. It's fairly level when at the house. Wonderful fire pit and plenty of firewood. We highly recommend a stay here however the property is up for sale.

unbeatable location

My name is Tim and I purchased this trip for myself and family, feeling that it could my last vacation. The main-floor fridge had an issue with the temperatures being manually changed (which there'd be no reason to change them); however, sister-in-law was first one in home and flew forward on the slippery carpet and accidentally hit the fridge temp. unit had to be unplugged and groceries taken to downstairs fridge, then wait for several hours till main-floor fridge was working properly. Nephew and his wife fell when two boards on dock cracked under their feet (they are below 200 lbs). Both toasters had years of caked-on bread crumbs in the trays and of the 9 beds in the home, only one mattress was comfortable (the sheets and pillows were wonderful though as were the bathroom towels). It sadly appeared as if the home hadn't been thoroughly cleaned (dried-out, insect carcasses throughout home). Theresa was a very caring individual who looked in on me several times during our stay.

Unique Lake Tomahawk home

We were pleasantly surprised by the property as it is much nicer then the pictures show. Lots of room to spread out for a big group. Wonderful yard and patio space. Great entertaining space. We already booked to go back next year!
